Only 2 coffee cups and 2 drinking cups were provided. Despite having a heat plate, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, electric kettle and cabinets there was not any utensils, eating or serving dishes, pans etc. most other places I’ve stayed in the area at least have some way of

No nonsense great value. Everything you need for a basic stay.
Pros:

Extremely clean. Check-in and out was a breeze. Walking distance to American Village. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Quiet.

Cons:

The futon sofa was literally painful to sit on so we ended up just having our suitcases on it. Had to sit on beds when we needed a place to sit. Sharing this simply to help property managers improve the property.

좋은 숙소를 만났다! 또 묵고싶은 곳ㅏ
Pros:

아메리칸 빌리지와 가까운 큰 도로는 폭주족? 같은 차량과 바이크가 꽤나 시끄럽습니다만 message stay는 이 도로로부터 적당히 떨어져 있어 밤새 시끄럽지 않고
창문을 열면 새가 지저귀고 공원이 삶을 여유롭게 느끼게 해주며 우측에 물 처리시설? 로부터 나오는 폭포 소리가 꽤 듣기 좋게 느껴집니다.

Cons:

층간소음이 생각보다 취약한 구조로 부주의한 윗집 사람을 만난다면 꽤 스트레스 일지도..? ㅎㅎ

Overall a comfortable apartment in a good location, adequate amenities and Japan-Western fusion living.
Pros:

The location was great and the apartment was massive. Being on the top floor had great views and fresh air.

Cons:

The check-in was not very seamless as we arrived early and had to pay early check-in fee which required waiting for the virtual staff to upgrade us in the backend.
