Great Stay
Pros:

Location was fantastic with stunning views. Place very clean. Lovely host Bruno - who met us on arrival. Facilities good ( just a few comments on negative but certainly wouldn't stop us staying again

Cons:

Just small things ie lack of kitchenware - only 2 mugs , no scissors, only 1 tea towel for the week, no food chopping knifes yet there were 20+ plates - was a little odd. Beds very low to ground

Light switches positioning didn't correlate to the rooms they were in? So if someone was in the bathroom and another person entered the kitchen and turned on the switch, the lights went out in the bathroom. it was at times very funny.

Wir haben die 3 Tage sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft hat uns allen (5 Personen) sehr gut gefallen.

Dejlig lejlighed ved Comosøen, men med plads til forbedring.
Pros:

Stor og rummelig lejlighed
Dejlig have med bjergudsigt, skøn pool, stort legeområde med bordfodbold, bordtennisbord og og legestativee/karrusel til mindre børn
Parkering lige ved lejligheden

Cons:

Man fik lidt en følelse af, at man ikke var 100% velkommen. En masse løftede pegefingre ved ankomst, så man følte sig lidt talt ned til (affaldssortering, behandl tingene ordentligt, ingen solcreme i poolen mv).
Man kunne med fordel have lavet en skriftlig manual, man selv kunne læse. Det ville virke meget mere positivt.

Vi fik ingen information omkring afrejse. På booking.com kunne jeg læse mig frem til at udtjekning var inden kl. 9.30, men vi så ikke noget til nogen, så vi kørte bare og efterlod nøglen i døren…Igen sådan en ligegyldighed ift til os gæster.

Med til billede af at man ikke må blive “for besværlig” er:
Man skal selv lægge sengetøj på
Der er bademåtter, men ingen håndklæder
Der ligger en svamp og et viskestykke, men ingen poser til skraldespanden, opvaskemiddel/tabs, rengøringsmiddel.
Det ville jeg forvente til den pris. Vi har boet mange steder i årenes løb, og det hører til sjældenhederne, at ferielejligheder/mobilehomes mv ikke er forsynet med sådan nogle basisting.
Køkkenet er stort, men har hverken mikroovn, elkedel, ordentlig kaffemaskine, saks eller skrællere.

Beliggenheden er ikke optimal, hvis man ønsker nem adgang til søen og forventer typisk Como-charme.
Byen virker lidt “uambitiøs” og bærer præg af industri og deraf en del støj.
Man kan gå ned til søen på et kvarters tid, men ikke nogen særlig køn gåtur.
Med bil når man dog mange skønne steder indenfor relativt kort tid (Bellano, Chiavenna, Varenna…)

Selvom det negative fylder en del i denne anmeldelse, vil vi ikke fraråde at bo her. Blot skal man have ovenstående med i sine forventninger til stedet.

Wonderful holiday.
Pros:

Excellent property for myself and 3 boys. My disabled son found it easy to move about in his wheelchair.
Very good value and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Location, size of property, parking, and pool a nice size

Cons:

Lack of basic amenities i.e. soap, towels, beds not made up at arrival, beds too low, bedding split on double bed which is inconvenient, pillows were hard to describe as a pillow rather a cushion. Children of owners sometimes very noisy

Perfect place for families. Be prepared for small hike from the lake, so the car seems to be necessary - but not a must,
