The staff are cooperative and helpful, Thanks to all of them, especially Ahmed.

Cons:

Although the street where the hotel is full of restaurants and supermarkets, it is still far from the Jeddah centre (Albalad)!
For the studio I booked, all equipment in the kitchen were not working, the frig the stove, in addition to the TV, and the wifi! Then the staff gave me another apartment, it was big and more than I need but it was good except for the frig that hardly works (the door of the frig doesn't close very well), it is old and defected!
The stove is very old, too and rusted! Only one spot out if two was working! We also experienced Wifi disconnction many times in the apartment!

The toilet is extremely dirty and looks horrible. The room wasn’t and the sheets are not clean
