تجربه سئيه في هذا الشقه وتعامل اكثر من سئ من الموظفين الاستقبال

وصلنا الفندق ساعه 10وللاسف كانت الشقه مؤجرة
مع اني حاجز ومؤكد الحجز وخلنا نتظر اكثر من ساعتين عشان يكلم الشخص الي أجره عشان يطلع من الشقه
كان الموظف من الجنسيه المصريه تعامله سئ ويرفع صوته علينا لم نكلمه متى بتعطينا الشقه تعبنا من الانتظار
للاسف حتى ماء للشرب ما موفر حالنا في الشقه والمطبخ ضيق وصغير والطباخه نقطة تشغيل

Cons:

I paid the full amount in advance. When my family said they were not happy with the condition of the hotel, I returned to the reception within 10 minutes to request a cancellation and refund. However, the staff refused to refund the money and kept talking until the time passed 12:01 a.m., after which they claimed the booking could not be cancelled due to the booking policy. Later, they deducted KWD 10 and refunded only the remaining balance. This was a very bad experience. When I complained to Booking.com, I received automated emails repeatedly asking me to explain the situation again and again.
