The stay wasn't as addressed in booking.com. we should've known that when the property was booked there is no refund or no backing. I took the expensive room available in the time. But I got really bad experience from booking.com.. we should have taken some hotels..
No water
No plug socket
No handwash
Bath gel shampoo everything empty
There where dove feathers and dust in the curtains and in floor
We had to kneel down under the table . Switch off heater and then plug in our mobile charger.
They kept dishwash liquid for handwash.
There were stains in jacuzzi and we used it only once..
There were no paper rolls and water especially. We reached at late evening.
We had to climb 3 floors to get the expensive room we took.. conjusted corridor and stairs..
We tried calling the management for things but no one responded. Later they called and apologised and said we will rectify things and offered champagne as a token of apology. Everything was a gimmick . They just came and filled bath gel and went.. didn't clean . Did nothing..
Really disappointed
Booking.com.. won't do anything about this as well..

It could've done with a little clean and more clean in the bath was I mean the Jacuzzi was a bit dirty wasn't really clean round the edges and things like that apart from that all the chairs could've done with a wiping down but that's just me being O

The location was great for what we were doing in London. The staff where helpful via WhatsApp and provided the door codes before the time we were checking in so we weren’t waiting aroundc self check in was very straight forward and easy!
The property is extremely run down from the front door to the rooms.
The room we stayed in was not clean and we actually shared our stay with a bunch of ants which was disgusting, didn’t even want to leave my shoes on the floor!
There was still stuff in the room that hadn’t been cleaned from the stay before, the shower was spraying everywhere and the head doesn’t ever look like it’s been wiped down so it’s all clogged! Really disappointing with our stay as the hot tub was a great idea and the room had so much potential!
