Very clean, new apartments, have all the necessary equipment, the owner is very hospitable, we felt at home, very cozy, very warm, which is extremely important when staying in December with a child.

Pros:

Tout d'abord le personnel très accueillant et arrangeant.
Résidence neuve avec de grandes places de parking couvertes.
Un Denner à proximité.
Mobilier de qualités.
Propreté irréprochable.

Cons:

Selon les événements au bistrot qui se trouve dans la résidence, il peut y avoir de la musique assez forte surtout le week-end et qui se termine assez tard. (j'ai eu cela un samedi) sinon l'appartement était bien calme durant la semaine.
La cuisine mériterait d'être un peu plus équipée (vaisselle, sacs poubelles, liquide vaisselle,..)

Parcheggi comodi e posizione buona.

Cons:

Manca il sapone per lavare i piatti a mano e sarebbe bello avere del sapone liquido per la lavatrice.

Another Race in Lumino
Pros:

Posto molto comodo sopratutto per il parcheggio interrato e l'ascensore che sal diretto al piano... quindi ottimo che caricare e scaricare da soli senza problemi. Il bistrot è favoloso e lo staff meravigliosamente gentile e sempre disponibile.

Some of the features in the room such as the lights were a bit high-tech but this didn’t affect the quality of our stay. Really appreciated that the host was always available to answer any questions or requests.
