The furniture is old and dirty, smell in the apartment is just horrible
I really liked the location of S Residences. It’s strategically positioned in Pasay, very close to key areas and important points of interest. The room had everything I needed, and the communication with the property was excellent.
La disponibilidad del anfritión es perfecta, siempre responde pronto y de forma muy amable, incluso a consultas no relacionadas directamente con el departamento. Está perfectamente equipado el departamento, todo a disponibilidad del huésped.
Hay alguna que otra cucaracha, pero parece ser algo habitual de la ciudad, y el anfritrión ofreció un servicio de limpieza gratuito a mitad de la estadía.

We had a very pleasant stay at this condotel. The owner and staff were accommodating, friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The amenities were well-maintained. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, we'd definitely stay here again!

Because it is a condo, there is no baggage storage.
