The location is great and the apartment is very comfortable.
I liked it all
The location was great. It was so good to have a base for a busy two weeks. Close to the office, easy access to the airport and close to restaurants and bars. Overall, just right for what I need,
The elevator is a little slow.

This is a room in one of three huge apartment towers. There was a “ miscommunication “ about access and I was trying to get entry instructions at midnight for over an hour before I got into my room.
The property was very well maintained with all the amenities and its location is also very good. It was first time for us to visit Manila, but we felt very safe in that area, which was a big plus! The shopping strip and food options were plenty within 10 minutes walk and all were very good too.
There is nothing as such not to like about the property but the pool was not in usable condition .. looked pretty unclean - so we didn’t even try to use it and during our stay we didn’t even see anyone using that pool either.
Great place to stay in BGC, well equiped place with all the comfort you need. Walkabke distance to the shops and restaurants - very nearby High Street
Good location, easy to check in, clean. Would work well if only planning to use the master bedroom.
We travelled with our 1-year-old and no cot was provided which meant he needed to share the master bed with me (queen size). This wouldn’t have been an issue, but my husband was unable to sleep in the second bedroom as the portable air conditioning unit was too loud and it would be too warm without it to sleep. He ended up bringing the mattress into the master bedroom to sleep on the floor instead. The single mattress was also very soft.
Very little communication from the host. I contacted him myself a couple of days before as I still hadn’t heard anything and was feeling a bit uneasy about it. Check in instructions were provided on the day which could be rather late for those travelling without roaming etc. Also no check out communication.
We stayed in another apartment in the same condo before this with a much better equipped second bedroom and communication. Unfortunately, this was already booked when we wanted to stay in BGC again.
The property is fully equipped and is loaded with amenities. The towels and sheets are very neat and clean.
It is really clean and very homey
The bed in smaller is too soft for someone who has a back problem but it is not a big issue and is only specific to us.
Make sure you read through all the information you’re sent about locating and getting into the building.
Very nice location. The appartment is clean and comfortable. Good airco.
Leaking crane kitchen, can be solved easily.
