DISGUSTING room, filled with cockroaches running along the bed, the kitchen the tables, bathroom, EVERYWHERE! The room representative never fixed the issues or at least swap me to a different room then the aircon broke down I had no air-conditioned room for 2 days in the Manila heat. It was torture I have never been disrespected and humiliated like this in my entire life the worst ever to book. DO NOT BOOK THIS IM NOT JOKING.

The worst room I'd ever booked.
Pros:

There's nothing we could recommend about this facility!
Location,comfort are not good.
And cleanliness is the worst,I still have itchness just thinking about it!

Cons:

Cleanliness is terrible! They didn't change the bed sheet !
They could disinfect the room,because we had to share it with cockroachs...
We will never book it again!

EXPECTATION VS REALITY IS REAL
Cons:

The photos are so appealing but it’ll be one of your stressful staycation ever!

• Bathroom and toilet - smelly, stained toilet bowl and no water drainage outside the shower room. My partner and I had to clean the toilet room before we were able to use it. asked the host to bring us cleaning aid, which he provide but didn’t bother to offer help. We spent roughly 2 hours cleaning the bathroom and kitchen.

• Kitchen - very poor condition, the utensils were crawled by small roaches, under cabinet full of empty alcohol bottles. We cleaned the tops, kitchen wares, stove and disinfect them too.

• No towel provided - host reasoned all their bath towels got stolen (Not our fault). have provided us with only 1 white towel upon my request.

• Cleaning attendant for this property will just have to bring out the garbage bag because we left the room clean and tidy.
