Posizione ottima a due passi dalla stazione centrale di Monaco - appartamento spazioso e comodo. Personale molto disponibile e facilmente contattabile anche nei giorni di festa.

Cons:

L'appartamento necessita di un pò di manutenzione, soprattutto all'impianto elettrico. La luce è saltata semplicemente utilizzando una presa e non era facile trovare il contatore per riattivarla. In questo è stato molto disponibile il contatto che ci ha aiutato a risolvere. Doccia senza box ma con solo la tenda - non proprio comodissimo e camera da letto senza possibilità di abbassare gli oscuranti. Quindi sveglia presto obbligatoria.

Ok value if cleanliness is not your thing.....
Pros:

Although it's in a very sketchy neighborhood, Marianplatz was only a few blocks away - very walkable. Since parking anywhere in Munich is a challenge, the location was a plus. Also, the underground parking was safe, secure and reasonably priced. And the elevator worked.

Cons:

We were in #303.The apartment itself was so dingy and needs way more than a deep cleaning. The couches just flat out need to be replaced - I don't think the stains would come out even if someone tried. We never even sat on them. The TV had no internet, so Netflix wasn't an option - which was fine because we wouldn't have sat on those couches anyway. Don't look in between the refrigerator and the counter or under any of the bathroom sinks. Ignore the handprints all over the closet glass & TV screen. Definitely don't notice the free smells on the pillowcases (shams), comforters or sheets. The big crack on the slider in the bedroom looks like it's ready to give out any second. Tried to take a bath, but no stopper could be found. Maybe it's a cultural thing, or maybe my expectations are too high, but is it too much to ask for dishes that don't have someone else's crusty food on them? The electricity to half the house went out at least once a day, the washing machine quit working after the first day and one of the burners on the stove didn't work. We were given one threadbare towel each for the whole week. We did escalate the electricity issue and had Mr. Andi come over to fix it. Andi was very nice. So was the maid who cleaned our apartment - she's just not a very good cleaner. All in all, after the first day, we wish we would've stayed somewhere else.

Η διαμονή μου ως προς το σημείο ήταν τέλειος ως προς την καθαριότητα του χώρου καθόλου καλή.
Pros:

Το σημείο είναι πολύ καλό , όλα με τα πόδια κοντά, ήσυχο μέρος

Cons:

Το πρόβλημα είναι με την καθαριότητα του χώρου , χρειάζεται πολύ δουλειά για να φτάσει σε ένα πολύ ικανοποιητικό βαθμό καθαριότητας, επίσης χρειάζεται αλλαγή όλος ο εσωτερικός εξοπλισμός του, είναι παλιός με πολλές φθορές.

Super Lage, wir hatten zu Beginn ein kleines Problem - es wurde sofort jemand geschickt, freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Preis Leistung war top, die Küche war schon etwas älter, das machte uns aber nichts aus

Pros:

Lage in Bahnhofsnähe sehr zentral.

Cons:

Die Wohnung war leidlich geputzt und vieles war defekt oder nur notdürftig repariert. Im Bad gab es Schimmel an der Decke. Wir haben zu viert gebucht und konnten nicht gemeinsam essen, kein richtiger Tisch, nicht genügend Sitze. Im Innenhof brennen die ganze Nacht blaue Scheinwerfer und man kann das Schlafzimmer nicht genügend abdunkeln. Null Aufenthaltsqualität.

Munich express
Pros:

Buena ubicación al lado de la estación de tren.
Solo dormimos en el piso, así que para lo que necesitamos cumplió las expectativas.
Tiene ascensor y calefacción.

Cons:

No conseguimos apagar la luz de la cocina y había un extractor que hacía ruido constantemente. Desde la habitación no se escuchaba afortunadamente

Leute, die Wohnung ist fantastisch!
Die Lage ist super.
Der Vermieter ist nett und fair.
Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster ist auch toll, einer sieht aus wie im HALS Life 2. Der andere ist ein ruhiger Innenhof. Man kann auf dem Balkon sonnenbaden. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden.

Great for a short stay
Pros:

Upon arrival we were given a bigger apartment this was very much appreciated since well travelled with a large friend group. The appartement was excellent value for the price. It’s only a few minutes walk to the city center. Great for a short stay

Cons:

Could have been a bit cleaner and the neighborhood was not the best.
