Dreck und Schimmel

Cons:

Dreckig, Schimmel im Bad , Badewanne Splitter, tropfende Rohre im Waschbecken, dreckige Bettwäsche und Haare von Leuten, die vermutlich vorher in der selben Wäsche geschlafen haben, ständig fliegt die Sicherung raus, weil der Stromkreis auf Grund der Klimaanlage überlastet ist, Küche und Kühlschrank stinken, Möbel ist alt und sieht aus als ob die jemand vom Sperrmüll geholt hat, Fenster gingen nicht zu, ein Zimmer hat nicht mal Fenster.
Ich musste die Unterkunft kurzfristig buchen, da meine ursprüngliche Buchung 24 Stunden vorher storniert wurde.
Es ist echt eine Zumutung und ich würde niemand empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu mieten.

Pros:

Grand appartement proche de la gare et de la vieille ville.
Quartier tranquille
La climatisation a été appréciée. Très grand réfrigérateur congélateur.

Cons:

Manque de propreté général , les garnitures de lit sentaient le renfermé

Pros:

Location is really central and at walkable distance from main station. Easy access to public transport. The hair dryer and light in the bathroom wasn't working, but got replaced immediately after calling them.

Cons:

Kitchen could have been in better shape with new/cleaned utensils. The street in front looks shady. There was a street fight also.

I would not recommend this property, especially for families with children.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
The overall level of cleanliness and maintenance is extremely poor. The kitchen is barely usable, and the cooking utensils provided are very limited and in poor condition.
The TV was not working, and part of the house had no electricity. As a result, the air conditioning in the living room was also not functioning. It appeared that there was an electrical fault or short circuit, which raises serious concerns about the safety of the electrical installation.
The property requires significant maintenance and should not be offered to guests until these issues have been properly resolved.

For a short stay in central Munich it was basic but comfortable.
Pros:

Good size apartment with aircon, basic but clean. Excellent location

Cons:

A couple of issues with toilet flush and light not working but someone came quickly to fix.

Probably spend a few more bucks to stay at a better place.
Pros:

It’s affordable.

Cons:

It’s in the hood. The manager doesn’t respond. The place and facility are dilapidated. There isn’t a lock inside, so for security reasons, we need to blockade the door w suitcases.

Pros:

Klima Anlage etc. waren super, besonders wenn es draußen über 38 grad waren. Es war alles sauber und Personal war über booking.com leicht zu erreichen und sehr hilfreich und schnell dabei.
