Great for a short stay
Pros:

Upon arrival we were given a bigger apartment this was very much appreciated since well travelled with a large friend group. The appartement was excellent value for the price. It’s only a few minutes walk to the city center. Great for a short stay

Cons:

Could have been a bit cleaner and the neighborhood was not the best.

Pros:

Excelente localização, perto de tudo relevante. Bom prédio, fácil acesso, self check-in e checkout. Equipe atenciosa e disponível. Idêntico às fotos. Quarto espaçoso. Possui lavanderia e garagem. Bom custo benefício para uma acomodação de padrão simples.

Cons:

Quarto precisa de uns reparos. Limpeza poderia ser melhor. Cozinha poderia ser um pouco mais bem equipada.

Varios inconvenientes sin solucionar

La ubicación

Cons:

Tuvimos varios inconvenientes. La puerta de la terraza no cerraba. Limpieza. La campana de la cocina llena de grasa que con el calor y condensación al cocinar goteaba. Calefacción centralizada sin que se pudiera controlar desde el apartamento.
Nos pusimos en varias ocasiones en contacto con dueño y no contestaba. Hasta que lo hicimos a través de atención al cliente. Aún así la respuesta no nos ayuda de nada. Según nos indicó la temperatura estaba a 30 grados y que se regulaba desde la vivienda. Lo cual era nada confortable. 30 grados y en la calle 2. No se podía dormir y tampoco regular desde la primera noche lo pusimos a 0 y no refrescó en ningún momento . El suelo mojado de condensación además del calor que desprendía al ser suelo con calefacción radiante y no se regulaba con las ruedas de la foto
Ninguna respuesta respecto a la puerta o a la petición de factura.

No lo recomiendo.
