The location is excellent, close to the sea. The staff is absolutely wonderful—friendly and welcoming. They even gave our child a swimming ring, which was such a nice gesture. Everything was clean, cozy, and pleasant. I highly recommend it 👍 Thank you, Niko, for a wonderful stay

A fantastic place for a short or a pretty long stay close to the beach in a busy Rimini area. Fully equipped apartment with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Great welcoming, outgoing and talkative and helpful hosts.

Nikola and Anna are really good and helpfull hosts. The apartman is really close to the beach and restaurants. I recommend this accomodation for everybody.

Чудовий відпочинок. Апартаменти чисті, з кондиціонерами, є все необхідне кухонне приладдя. До моря близько. Поруч ресторани, магазини. Є платна парковка для авто. Господарі доброзичливі та комунікабельні. Дякуємо Анні за комфортний відпочинок.

I liked everything regarding this accommodation. Starting with very friendly and welcoming host, always in good mood :). The location is perfect, just 3 minutes walking to the beach and to the street filled with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, yet in very quite street. 4 minutes walk to Metromare station and 5 minuts to closest bus stop. The apartment itself was equipped with everything you need, including washing machine and hair dryer. Great thing was, that I found there electric plug adapter. Each room has own balcony and own (very efficient) AC. The wi-fi is sufficient (I worked from there, so it was important for me). There is a lift in the building, which is great for the older (or tired) people.

Very nice and clean place, which is super close to the beach (few minutes of walking) and to the promenade. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. It has couple of parking places in front of the building, which is very convenient. Every room had AC. We enjoyed our stay here a lot.

The hosts were great in every sense of the word, they were very welcoming and helpful with any and all questions we had. The accommodation is perfectly located, very near the beach and surrounded by restaurants and all other types of catering facilities. It has everything a family will need for a pleasant stay, such as a washing machine and a well equipped kitchenette. The parking is available right by the entrance and we never had any issues finding our spot available. I really cannot think of a single expectation we had that was not met at Desiree. For the price range it falls into it is one of the best places you can find in Rimini.

Wonderful very friendly hosts, lovely people and atmosphere - the rooms are spacious and very clean and tidy with air conditioning and kitchen , refrigerator. Large very comfortable bed- will definitely stay again

Excellent apartments. And even more wonderful attitude of the staff and hostess. Anna is great. You don't often get such a warm welcome. If we are in Rimini again, we will try to stay in this place. This is the first line - to the beach 2 minutes at a slow step. The apartment has everything you need for cooking, air conditioning and a balcony in every room, there is a safe. The building is equipped with an elevator, the owners provide a parking space a stone's throw from the hotel. There are many restaurants nearby. Large supermarket Conad is 5 minutes by car.

the beach and sea are really close to the apartments. The apartments are spacious enough and well laid out. There are all the necessary kitchen utensils (although to put it frankly, I was surprised that there weren't wine glasses, knowing that Italy is a wine country). for those who stay for a longer period, it is very good that there is a washing machine. And the owners were friendly and helpful.
