Majitelé byli naprosto skvělý, kousek od všeho co jsme potřebovali.

Jedine okna a dveře mohli byt lépe odhlučněné bylo slyšet úplně všechno a byli jsme s 2 letým prckem takze ho to budilo.

Clean, friendly hosts and a perfect location
Pros:

We stayed at Residence Désirée as a group of four, and we had a wonderful experience. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a few steps from the beach and all the entertainment options. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The place was very clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return

Хорошая локация, размер аппартаментов достаточный для двоих. 2 балкона на разных сторонах дома - в жару комфортно. Все чисто и исправно, хорошее постельное белье, много полотенец, бесплатная смена на чистое . Очень приветливые и трудолюбивые хозяева. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, большой и удобный холодильник. Кондиционеры работали тихо и идеально. Все замечательно!

Матрас для нас жетковат, но, полагаю, в Италии такие стандарты

Casa grande e dotata di tutti i comfort, tra cui un ampio frigorifero, una cucina con piano cottura a induzione e utensili da cucina. Balcone con tavolino. Pulita e accogliente, a pochi metri dal mare (Lido 101). Personale accogliente e disponibile: il signor Nicola e sua figlia sono molto gentili e sempre pronti ad aiutare.

Cons:

Posizione distante dal centro di Rimini (ruota panoramica). Parcheggio costoso e lontano dalla struttura (anche a causa delle scuole ancora aperte).

Bellissimo appartamento, ci torneremo di sicuro
Pros:

Appartamento bellissimo, c’è tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno, accogliente, posizione ottima e il personale fantastico

Cons:

Unica pecca (a mio parere), la televisione un po’ piccola e vecchiotta in quanto non potevi collegare telefono o Internet e nei canali normali non c’era mai nulla da vedere, nei giorni o nelle sere in cui vuoi rimanere a casa la televisione salva la “vita”

Fantastic place close to the beach
Pros:

A fantastic place for a short or a pretty long stay close to the beach in a busy Rimini area. Fully equipped apartment with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Great welcoming, outgoing and talkative and helpful hosts.

Pros:

Nikola and Anna are really good and helpfull hosts. The apartman is really close to the beach and restaurants. I recommend this accomodation for everybody.
I hope we can go back ín the future.

Комфортний відпочинок, з радістю повернулися б туди ще.
Pros:

Чудовий відпочинок. Апартаменти чисті, з кондиціонерами, є все необхідне кухонне приладдя. До моря близько. Поруч ресторани, магазини. Є платна парковка для авто. Господарі доброзичливі та комунікабельні. Дякуємо Анні за комфортний відпочинок.

Cons:

Інколи було дуже гучно на вулиці, музика до ночі, але це не залежить від помешкання.
Можна добавити форму для запікання в духовці.

If returning to Rimini, I would choose the same apartment
Pros:

I liked everything regarding this accommodation. Starting with very friendly and welcoming host, always in good mood :). The location is perfect, just 3 minutes walking to the beach and to the street filled with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, yet in very quite street. 4 minutes walk to Metromare station and 5 minuts to closest bus stop. The apartment itself was equipped with everything you need, including washing machine and hair dryer. Great thing was, that I found there electric plug adapter. Each room has own balcony and own (very efficient) AC. The wi-fi is sufficient (I worked from there, so it was important for me). There is a lift in the building, which is great for the older (or tired) people.

Cons:

There is really nothing to dislike about this accommodation.
