1- اسوء واستغلال من موظفين الاستفبال وازعاجهم واتصالهم عدة مرات في اليوم عند التمديد ، الصباح وقبل اذان الظهر وبعد صلاة الظهر رغم ان الضيف يرد الا انه يتصل عليك اكثر من شخص ويتعذر ان المتصل السابق موظف اخر
2- تم الحجز بالخطأ بتاريخ بعد اسبوعين ورفض خصم ذلك من اليوم الحالي او ارجاع المبلغ وتم طلب الارجاع او خصمه من قيمة اليوم الحالي وتم الرفض ، لن اسامحهم وبين وبينهم الله يوم القيامة
