Pros:

Warm, modern, tidy and central

Cons:

I couldn't get the TV to work even with following the instructions. From the photos I got the impression that the kitchen facilities were more then just a kettle, microwave and fridge. But overall I was really happy.

Perfect accomodation for a weekend in Wānaka
Pros:

It’s very well located and comfortable and cosy and well equipped for a bedsit. We liked the electric blanket and also the cutlery and breakfast bowls that were provided as well as coffee making facilities.

Great Wanaka short stop accommodation
Pros:

Comfortable, clean with parking near the town centre yet in a quiet location. Very good utility accommodation.

Cons:

Only two TV channels apart from Netflix.

Pros:

I had a booking with The Willows made on the 24March but realised that had another booking made on the same days. The day after I requested a cancellation but was denied .. I have made further comment regarding this but was not afforded a cancellation. Disappointing and dis heartened to say the least.
I’m positive that another booking could have been made if my cancellation request was granted.
