Great Wanaka short stop accommodation
Pros:

Comfortable, clean with parking near the town centre yet in a quiet location. Very good utility accommodation.

Cons:

Only two TV channels apart from Netflix.

Pros:

I had a booking with The Willows made on the 24March but realised that had another booking made on the same days. The day after I requested a cancellation but was denied .. I have made further comment regarding this but was not afforded a cancellation. Disappointing and dis heartened to say the least.
I’m positive that another booking could have been made if my cancellation request was granted.

Pros:

We stayed in Unit 3A for a night. We absolutely loved the location as it is only a 5-6 minute stroll to the lake and main district and popular restaurants like The Big Fig and Kai Whakapai Eatery so you can easily walk and watch the sunrise and sunset without yiur car.

The bed was comfortable and had loads of pillows. The bathroom was clean and had great water pressure and instant hot water. The parking is included and so is the free laundry facility with washer and dryer. Perfect for a short stay. 😊

Cons:

One of the European pillow was stained abd just took away the appeal of the room.

Great unit that we got at last minute. Easy check in, great size and comfy beds
Pros:

A great, clean, comfy unit with a great kitchen and living area, that we were able to check in to with little notice. Comfy beds, wish we had more time to stay for longer.

A great wee place for a weekend stay, very handy to town, warms and clean
Pros:

Very central location, warm and lovely verandah to sit outside in the sun

Cons:

Noise from the other units, not very sound proof. The water pressure wasn't great so the shower was functional but not amazing

Pros:

We loved the Willows👌such a beautiful place to stay, super close to everything walking distance and very very clean 👌

Cons:

Only one thing we didn't like was we had to leave, 2 days wasn't enough 😪

The best place to stay in Wanaka
Pros:

The property is new, clean, very convenient to walk to the leke and supermarket nearby also the city center. When you ask to the staff they responds very quick.

Great Location
Pros:

The highlight is the apartments excellent location, parking and wifi. It is also well insulated and warm with a heater in the bathroom. The room also fits a bed and lounge. The check in process was easy. Good for a couple of nights.

Cons:

- I was allocated a room that viewed onto the car park. Whilst I acknowledge efforts, the room was lacking privacy. To gain privacy it would require pulling thick curtains across, preventing natural light with only a small window in the bathroom. Perhaps a sheer curtain could be installed to help with this.
- The room lacked a functional kitchenette. Limited to the top of a bar fridge. The bathroom sink was to be used for washing dishes however the faucet was short making it a little impractical, more so for a longer stay.
- Guest handbook did not set a welcoming tone or promote a positive stay
