WARNING STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS PROPERTY AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY You will get lured into supplying your bank details for a security deposit of £250 which they collect, then collected 2 additional unauthorised amounts of £250, had to complain to get the additional amounts returned, then the initial deposit only got partially refunded which I am still pursuing as they are claiming it is my bank that has not refunded the full amount back, during the first night the roof poured in directly onto the bed had to sleep on couch, reported first thing the next morning it took them another 24 hours to move me to another apartment so all in all 2 nights had to sleep on a couch, complained refused to acknowledge any sort of partial refund or compensation, extremely unprofessional an arrogant, still fighting worst experience ever from any property I have ever had the dis pleasure of paying for, lesson learned I hope no one else is experiences any of the above multiple scams or failures YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Good location, clean, comfy and had what we needed for a weekend stay. Shops and parking closeby. Good communication with the host, friendly service.
No spare toilet paper. Drains in bathroom didn’t smell great.
The decor was good.
Very clean and the beds were comfortable.
We liked the air con in the bedrooms too.
Not enough dishes. Cutlery. No wine glasses.

The toilet ran a little, making noise at night. But other than that, it was a good place to stay. I enjoyed it.
This is a nice unit for a longer stay in Andover. It has a convenient location and comes with parking which not all rentals have.
It is a bunch of steps for the 3rd floor but at least they are wide. The unit is very nice but could use with a bit more kitchen supplies. The other thing it could really use in a floor length mirror. There is no way to see all of your self when you are getting ready in the morning.
Pretty much nothing at all
Took about 10 phone calls and an hour to get access to the property. Bedroom window frame broken, window wouldn’t shut so cold and noisy. Toilet return valve faulty so dripped all night. Kitchen floor badly buckled. Every cup / mug badly stained, microwave full of the last guests tea, the sofa was rock hard. The living room carpet was stained horrifically (couldn’t take my shoes off). Most TV channels were restricted.
It was spacious
No hot running water. Lack of communication. (Have been promised a refund for the water issue. And have been chasing for nearly 3 weeks)
