Tolle Lage, mit Schwächen im Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Es sind mehrere Kleinigkeiten die uns Missfallen haben. Für eine Familie ist die Suite dennoch zu klein. Zu zweit ist es in Ordnung.

Die Lage: mitten in dee Innenstadt ist super, gleichzeitig die Stille im Innenhof. Kleine Küche im Zimmer dabei. Problemloses Login spät abends, alles per Code. Auch die Tiefgarage (kostet aber extra). Zimmer. modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Kein Personal..Bei uns gab es einen lauten Streit mit Kampf zwischen Gästen, niemand ist eingeschritten, Die Luft in den Zimmern war sehr trocken (Gibswände, Betondecke). In den Betten hat man sehr geschwitzt (schätze es waren Kunstfasern), zu wenig Steckdosen. Kein Geschirrhandtuch in der Küche. Wir hatten einen Sondertarif, dafür war das Zimmer ok., für der Originalpreis fände ich das Preisleistungsverhältnis überteuert. Der kleine Innenhof war ungepflegt, es lagen Müll und Kippen rum.

Tolle Lage, Zugang aus der Tiefgarage mit Koffern katastrophal, miserabler Kundenservice.

Unterkunft ist ohne Frühstück, aber in der Nachbarschaft sind tolle Cafes, vor allem das Wilma Wunder-

Die Kopfkissen waren nicht bezogen. Ich wurde nach einem Telefonat mit Limehome in den Keller geschickt, um mir in einem mit Zahlenschloss gesicherten Spind selber Kissenbezüge zu holen. Die drei vorhandenen Spinde hatten kein Zahlenschloss, und auch keine Kissenbezüge, nur Bettbezüge und Handtücher. Also noch ein Anruf bei Limehome. Man sagte mir, es würde eine Lösung gesucht und ich würde eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Die Rückmeldung kam nicht, aber nach meiner Rückkehr in das Zimmer waren die Kissen bezogen - Überraschung. Bei dem ersten Telefonat hatte ich auch die Frage gestellt, warum das Zimmer nicht, wie eigentlich gewünscht, über einen Balkon verfügt. Antwort Limehome-Mitarbeiter: Dann hätte ich halt auch eine Zimmer mit Balkon buchen müssen. Hallo? Kein einziges Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon !!! Das ist mal eine tolle Kundenbetreuung, bitte nie mehr wieder Limehome! Übrigens: Auf dem Zimmer ist Geschirr und Besteck für zwei Personen, aber wenn es benutzt ist, wird es vom Servicepersonal nicht gegen sauberes getauscht - was hilft eine Kaffeemaschine, wenn man immer aus der benutzten Tasse getrunken werden muss?

Ett centralt hotell med möjlighet till sen incheckning, mordernt, frächt och fint.
Pros:

Jättecentralt i ett lugnare kvarter, lätt att hitta till.
Möjlighet att kunna checka in sent
Ett trevligt rum på första plan, allmänt fint och i ordning.
Incheckning och utcheckning digitalt med skickad kod och möjlighet till att hyra parkering i samma byggnad.

Cons:

Vi hade problem med våran bokade parkering, då det inte fanns någon personal på plast och vi behövde kontakta per telefon som dock hjälpte oss fort men då behövde vi krångla med att filma alla bilar så att de kunde få bort de/ den som parkerat "fel". Inget som jag var förtjust över kl 23 på kvällen och har rest under större delen av dagen.
Hade sedan problem att komma in med den kod vi fått men fick så småningom i ordning på det också.
Hade bokat för 3 personer och när vi skulle bädda i bäddsoffan så fanns det inga lakan eller extra handdukar, nu orkade vi inte kontakta hotellet igen då kl var närmare kl 00 så vi löste det på eget vis.
