Laute Hotelnachbarn aufgrund der Lage und Straßarbeiter:innen

Interieur und Ausstattung. Nähe zu vielen gastronomischen Möglichkeiten.

Cons:

Ich hatte extrem laute Nachbarn neben mir und konnte die ersten beiden Nächte überhaupt nicht schlafen. Die Nachtruhe von 22-7 Uhr wurde nicht berücksichtigt und um 2 uhr morgens fing es im Nebenzimmer an zu rödeln (Tischbe und Stühle wurden verschoben).
Als alleinreisende Frau hatte ich wirklich Angst und habe deshalb auch nicht an der Nachbartür geklopft.
Leider hat mir eurer Support-Chat nicht weitergeholfen und nicht auf meine Nachrichten reagiert. Ihr könnt nicht mit einem 24/7 Service werben, wenn ihr den überhaupt nicht anbietet. Ich werde dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen, obwohl es super schön und gemütlich im fünfte Stock war.

Zimmer war süß und alles war okay
sehr süße Einrichtung
code hat gut geklappt zum reinkommen

Cons:

zu warm im zimmer
schlechte lichtverhältnisse
kein gutes / bis gar kein wlan
toilette ist übergelaufen einmal
Betten/ vor allem das schlafsofa war sehr unbequem
man kann die türen nicht abschließen
/ fühlt man sich bisschen unsicher

The house was centrally located and clean.

Cons:

However, the light in one of the rooms was almost unusable. Because we turned on the heating after entering the room, it didn't warm up until morning. I think it would have been more comfortable for guests if they had turned on the heating during cleaning. Also, the code given upon check-in didn't work, and we had to call for help.

Furthermore, the middle section of the bed, which was presented as a sofa bed, has sagged. A very poor option for sleeping.

Lage super! Ruhig trotzdem nah zur Kö, Altstadt, Medienhafen. Kleine Küchenzeile top. Problemloser Check in.

Das Sofa als Schlafmöglichkeit verdient eine bessere Matratze
