Für den Preis ok, würde ich aber nicht wieder machen

Cons:

Das Zimmer war noch nass vom wischen, vorher schienen Tiere (Hund) drin gewesen zu sein, überall Algen Haare auf dem Boden, nicht sehr cool für meine Allergie. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem, viel zu weiche Matratze. Mein Highlight war dann eine dicke fette Winkelspinne an der wand.
Der Raum war sehr schlecht belüftet, das Sofa stand so ungünstig vor der Tür das die Fenster nicht ausreichen aufgingen.

Pros:

Der Raum war angenehm und hatte fast alles was man brauchen könnte.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar!

Cons:

Wir mussten bei Anreise mehrfach Räume wechseln, bis wir einen hatten in dem nicht etwas essentielles kaputt war. (Im ersten die Badezimmertür, dann das Pad für den Einlass ins Zimmer, dann das zweite Bett im Zimmer).
Dadurch das wir Zimmer wechseln mussten, waren diese nicht entsprechend bezogen. Da das Personal nicht vor Ort ist, sondern alles online abläuft, konnte uns auch keiner kurzfristig assistieren und wir haben alles via Telefon/Online regeln müssen.
Das Sofabett war in fast allen Zimmern die wir gesehen haben gut durchgelegen.

Leider enttäuschend beim zweiten Aufenthalt

Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank & Herd
Gute Erreichbarkeit von Hauptbahnhof, Kö und Little Tokio
Gemeldete Probleme wurden vom Hausmeisterteam schnell gelöst.

Cons:

Leider waren in dem Apartment mehrere Objekte defekt:
- Bad Waschbecken verstopft (wurde innerhalb von unter 24h vom Hausmeister behoben)
- Wasserhahn an der Spüle nicht festgeschraubt
- Tisch so wackelig, dass unbenutzbar
- Stop-Knopf an Mikrowelle eingeklemmt (was zu Fehlermeldung geführt hat)

Desweiteren hab es Risse in der Wand, sodass man alles gehört hat, was im Nachbarzimmer gesagt/abgespielt wurde. Zusätzlich hat es öfters im Apartment (trotz geschlossenen Fenstern) stark nach Rauch gerochen.

Eine gute Unterkunft für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Düsseldorf

Gute Lage, gutes Bett, ruhig, großes Zimmer, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer war nicht zu angegebenen Zeit fertig, das Bad war stellenweise nicht gut gereinigt. Das Waschbecken war verstopft. Das wurde aber schnell beseitigt.

Umfangreiche Ausstattung Kochbereich, Möglichkeit Handtücher zu trocknen, zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Starker Zigarettengeruch kam in eine Nacht durch die Lüftung im Bad aus einem anderen Zimmer.

The location

Cons:

No customer service at all, oly 2 toilet rolls provided for our 4 nights stay, can’t get anyone to bring us more toilet rolls, even towel they refuse to change. I extended my stay and they ridiculously changed the access code and I can’t access the room I paid for the extended one night - waited for 30minutes to finally have someone shared the new code with me. Which they should just send me on the day, not me asking and waited for ages to get back to my room.

Die gute Ausstattung und das einfach rein und raus mit dem Code.

Cons:

Das für das Parken extra gezahlt werden muss. Zudem wurden einem nicht mitgeteilt das der Parkplatz extra gebucht werden muss. Bei booking hieß es inbegriffen.

Praktisch en goede ligging
Pros:

Het gemakkelijke systeem om in het hotel te geraken en de ligging.

Cons:

Iets waar de accommodatie weinig aan kan doen, maar bij aankomst rook het naar cannabis.
Alles werkt met codes, dus verwacht niet dat er een echt persoonlijk contact is.
