The unit is not that clean and I saw a lot of small cockroaches
Located at the main district of Iloilo City near Festive Walk Mall, few minutes taxi ride to SM City.

🫤 Tiny cockroaches found inside the unit, at least 5 of them didn’t open the cabinets, might bring the rest out.
Not to standard as expected for area compared to other studios
Location is great cos it’s near the jeepney terminal and festive walk mall.
The unit is a bit old already. There are rust on the kitchen and bathroom. Light also needs changing as it’s already dim. The actual pillow have a bit of bad smell, needs changing as well.
The studio is very nice and the location from my business work is a walking distance.
Sorry to say this... Little cockroaches seen crawling inside the kitchen utinsels drawer.
But what dissapoint me are the following that needs to be attended:
1. The owner does not respond on time to my call and need.
2. The owner or the house cleaner should immediately inform the guest (to me) by calling or text or at the condo front desk for any left item inside the room.
When i check out at 8am so that i can catch up the time of the conference at Iloilo convention center, i keep my belongings at the front desk and later by afternoon came back to get my baggage. Then it was on that 5pm moment that i found one item missing in which i forgot it inside the room.
It should be that the room cleaner must inform me or at the front desk for the said left item.
Sorry again for my bad experience comment.

Cockroaches in the kitchen ants in the kitchen the smell of poison everytime we came back after being outside have to Earl for like good 5 minutes before it smelled normal
The hotplates was a Hit and miss one plate Stop working in total other times you would Burn stuff on three and barely get any heat on 6 the picture was One of his former apartments not the one we stayed in
Toilet was okay sometimes it was a burning hot in there and sometimes there was coming a nasty smell from the drains Ii
Convenient and near to Festive Walk mall.
There is no available parking area. You will park at the the front of the mall or somewhere else.
At least there's enough tissue, plastics, and other cleaning solutions.
The place is dirty: so much dust and web beside the bed and bedside table, unclean oven toaster, smelly refrigerator, drainage in the CR still had hair when we checked in. The utensils and other kitchen tools are rusty.
There are cockroaches:((((( We thought it's just one, but one by one later on they kept going out.
It gave us more hours to extend staying since we arrived 1AM that time and needing to rest more
The bathroom since there’s no shampoos and soap included especially if you’re jump travelers it’s a must
Clean, comfy and spacious
It was clean and near everything
It didn't have a microwave
