Great value and locaion!
Pros:

The room we had was very large which is nice. It is a large studio with couch, kitchen area and the bed. The bed is comfy. There is plenty of shelves and hanging space for your clothes. The building is on a steep road but it is a short walk down to the main road for restaurants and shops. Staff is helpful. There is a place to park a scooter. They also provide refillable glass bottles instead of single use plastic which I love. You can refill them at reception.

Cons:

The couch needs a new covering. It is a bit old and even had a cigarette burn on it. Not sure if it was dirty but it just kept the room from being a higher rating.

房間很大，住起來很舒適，位置離鬧區很近，生活機能方便，員工也都很友善能提供適當的協助。

Cons:

大致都很滿意，但如果可以改善淋浴間的排水會更好，另外建議使用較適合的洗漱備品。

Great apartment, good location
Pros:

The apartment was great, spacious and clean. It is not a hotel, rather an apartment building, so there is no in-house restaurant or breakfast area. Howevere there is a great restaurant right next door, highly recommended for dinner.

Ottima struttura, prezzo un po’ alto
Pros:

Stanza molto pulita e personale gentile (ci hanno aiutato a trovare un ottimo tour per il nostro soggiorno) .
Ottima posizione sia per l’aeroporto che per il centro.

Cons:

Un po’ rumoroso a causa del ristorante sotto e la moschea che disturba alle 4 di notte.
Prezzo decisamente alto (come tutto Komodo de resto)! Considerando che non offrono nemmeno la colazione.

Bonne adresse à Labuan Bajo
Pros:

Très pratique, au dessus d'un resto italien. Grande chambre avec lits confortables. Tout près de l'aéroport et du port pour les départs en croisière.

Cons:

J'aurais aimé un petit dejeuner.

A nice hotel close to the town’s bars and nightlife which I wanted

If you want the advantage of being in the centre of town this is your hotel at a reasonable price

They say morning prayers keeps people up it didn’t bother me at all , I slept fine .

Poor experience. Cannot have good rest during our stay
Pros:

Convenient location, close to the main street. The room is clean and tidy. 离主街很近很方便，房间比较干净整洁

Cons:

1. Poor facilities: no hot water for showers at night (There is hot water during the day, but it runs out by evening). The toilet flush is out of work, and it keeps leaking during our stay
2. The bath towels were blackened/discolored.
3. The tap water was salty, leaving a sticky feeling on the skin after showering. (It seems the tap water in this entire town is salty.)
4. Chanting sounds could be heard from the room, starting very early (around 4 a.m. daily) and were consistently noisy. Roosters crowing started around 5 a.m.

1.糟糕的设施，晚上洗澡没有热水（白天洗澡有热水，但晚上洗的时候水就不热了）2. 浴巾发黑 3. 水龙头的水是咸的，洗完澡身上感觉很黏。（但这个镇上的自来水好像都是咸的） 4. 房间能听到诵经声音，每天凌晨4点多就开始一直很吵，5点多又开始公鸡打鸣。

Fornita di bollitore e varie bustine di tè e caffè.

Good location, friendly staff. The room is large. Shower is spacious. Potable water was provided. Good for a short stay or if you just need to spend a night before the boat trip.
