La ubicación y la comodidad de la suite XL, la lavadora de ropa, muy útil en un viaje largo por Europa

Cons:

Considero que el mobiliario debería ser reemplazado, sofá cama y sillas de comedor ya tienen mal aspecto.
Y las toallas están muy usadas.

Sugiero que no ponga solo 4 platos, 4 vasos, cubiertos y tasas (todo 4).
En mi caso recibo la visita de mis hijas que viven allá y no me alcanza l vajilla. Tuve que comprar desechables. Un par más sería bueno
Respecto a servicios: se tapó la ducha y el agua
No se iba. Le pedimos ayuda a los de mantenimiento y nos dijo que lo reportáramos en la web. No teníamos tiempo de quedarnos a esperar, finalmente lo arreglamos nosotros por nuestra cuenta.

Uncomfortable and unpleasant stay, especially not worth the price. Not appropriate for number of guests.

Extremely small, not adapted to 3 adults and 1 child. We had barely enough room to walk in the eating area. The pullout bed was very low quality and noisy. The hair dryer and the iron did not work. I would NOT recommend. Very unpleasant stay.

Check-in was completely unacceptable. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes, multiple phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and support requests just to gain access to the room. As a result, I arrived nearly two hours late to a wedding dinner. Despite the significant inconvenience, the property offered only a token refund < £35 and no meaningful resolution such as a refund for the 1st night or a late checkout. Very poor customer service and handling of the situation.

- canape lit peu confortable pour les enfants

- manque d équipement compte tenu du prix de la nuitée
