Ubicación perfecta para estar en la parte de la ciudad más pija, y social madrileña. Nos quedamos en el ático y la terraza super grande puedes hasta tomar el sol, cocina completa, limpieza perfecta, cambiaría sofá del salón ya que el colchón es de muy mala calidad y está deformado. El colchón del dormitorio es firme y se duerme bastante bien

Weekend in Madrid
Pros:

Very convenient location for a couple of days. There are good cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Kitchen is well equipped. Heating works well. The check-in and checkout was very easy. Everything very smooth.

Cons:

The sofa bed is not very compfortable.

La ubicación esta bien por la zona que es tranquila

Cons:

no había calefacción porque estaba rota y los radiadores eléctricos estaban rotos solo funcionaba uno su solución fue que darnos otra manta, lo cual no me pareció bien

DECEPCIONANTE
Cons:

Nuestra estancia en este hotel de Madrid fue una auténtica decepción. Nos sentimos completamente estafados por la gestión de este establecimiento.

Reservamos la habitación bajo unas condiciones concretas y, al llegar, nos encontramos con que la calefacción no funcionaba. Después de un viaje largo, lo único que queríamos era descansar y darnos un baño, pero la habitación estaba helada.

Al llamar a recepción nos dijeron que había estufas en el armario, pero para nuestra sorpresa también estaban rotas. Tuvimos que esperar a que viniera el personal de mantenimiento, quien nos confirmó que esa habitación llevaba más de dos meses con la calefacción averiada. Es decir, nos asignaron una habitación sabiendo perfectamente que la calefacción no funcionaba.

Cuando reclamamos, el hotel no quiso hacerse responsable. La única “solución” que nos ofrecieron fue devolvernos la diferencia de la reserva, pretendiendo cobrarnos la primera noche aun sabiendo que la habitación no cumplía las condiciones mínimas. Básicamente querían que nos buscáramos otro alojamiento por nuestra cuenta en pleno fin de semana en el centro de Madrid.

La situación es lamentable y la gestión aún peor.

Afortunadamente, Booking intervino y nos ayudó, ya que el hotel no asumió ninguna responsabilidad. Booking nos devolvió parte del dinero para compensar la situación y finalmente nos dejaron un pequeño calefactor de baño para poder pasar la noche.

Una experiencia muy mala y una atención al cliente inexistente.
