Thank You and Staff, we had a great time and felt very comfortable.
Pros:

Great location, felt safe and friendly staff

Entry is located on Chicago/Altadana

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the inconvenience of having to call someone to come outside to give us access to enter the complex every time.

Building has plenty of security so no worries there.

It was good to be there
Pros:

The view from the top levels is great. Inlcudes swiming pool and nice garden for walks and rest. Includes gym. Very responsive host
