Muy bonito lugar, la vista a la ciudad es increíble, cómodo para dormir y venir en pareja o amigos. Los anfitiones son súper amables y agradables personas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, pude que la habitación no era para mi, pero reservé de último minuto y me aceptaron sin problema.
No cuentan con suficientes espacios para cargar el celular, el agua sale muy caliente o muy fria, no cambian las toallas o dejan papel extra por día, falta un bote de basura extra del del baño, el último piso es complicado para subir y bajar maletas. No recomiendo en familia (con niños) fue mi caso. La ubicación solo es viable con automóvil.

Bring mosquito repellent and the owner can be quite rude, a liar and a taker scum, corrupt.
Realmente esperaba una mejor ubicación en un lugar céntrico pero no fue así jamás me imagine que los hoteles tuvieran literas muy incomodas, pero solo se utiliza para dormir.
Son personas amables las encargadas del lugar, la propiedad se percibe limpia por dentro y fuera, demás sin problema alguno todo bien.
El edificio como tal es hermoso, nos instalamos en un loft para 7 personas, es practicamente una casita de campo moderna, 4 baños, 4 tv's, una especie de sala recibidor, a mi y a mis hijos les encantó, se sentía muy bien el ambiente. El único detalle fue la ruta para llegar, ya que está en una calle muy empinada que te puede dar un poco demiedo subir y forzar tu unidad, sobre todo si es de poca potencia.
Por otro lado, la vista es hermosa, tanto de día como de noche, se ve la cuidad y es un barrio muy tranquilo al parecer, y fue ideal para descansar después de una día de trabajo pesado.
Cuenta con horno de microondas, un refrigerador, tarja para lavar traste, no hay hornilla ni eléctrica ni de gas, fue algo que me decepcionó un poco pero se puede solucionar si llevas tu propia estufa, el lugar es muy confortable y cómodo, se siente bien.
El agua caliente tarda un poco en salir y es algo dificil de regular, pero fuera de eso a mi me encantó, espero volver nuevamente.
No está en la mejor zona pero es muy cómoda, estuvimos a gusto.
I paid extra for a continental breakfast but there was no such time thing. The office was always closed, when I arrived I had to call someone to get them to the property to let me in. The room is like a prison cell cement walls a very small window with only one electrical outlet. I can’t recommend this place at all.
Reservé por medio de Expedia. llegué al hotel, que está en una colonia que se ve peligrosa y resulta que no había habitaciones. tuve que esperar 30 minutos para que fuera un taxi por mi. los dueños ni para el taxi dieron, solo su disculpa por no tener espacio y tener que cancelar mi estanvoa.
A bit outside the main downtown area it was still close enough to get there and back. Taxis were 70 to 80 pesos and I enjoyed the 2km walks. There's a wonderful cafe just across the street as well.
Excelente opción, el personal es muy amable.
Lo único a considerar es el transporte en la noche ya que es limitado.
The owners were very friendly and helped us when we needed a taxi
We stayed at the room 01 just behind the reception and as you can see on the photos attached we couldn’t leave the curtains open because it had a transparent glass window looking at the reception, that made the room very dark and noisy. We could hear all the guests that arrived late at night and also they would turn on music at the reception in the morning while we were still asleep.
The bathroom has no division between the shower area and the rest of it causing it to be all wet after having a shower.
On our second night we found 2 cockroaches in our room. When we were checking out of the hotel we told one of the owners about it and he didn’t seem to care much.
For some reason that I don’t know, weeks after our stay I received a notification from booking that the hotel marked our reservation as a no show (?)
Mind it that the hotel is very far from the city centre, it’s on the top of a very high hill and with no easy access to public transportation so you will need to spend money with taxis.

The Breakfast was delicious and varied each morning.
The hosts are fabulous and the breakfast was also fabulous. Host called taxis every day for us and they came within 10 min. rooms and hotel are new. Hosts carried our bags to the room. Taxis usually cost 100p going into the center and 150p returning at night after 7pm. The view was wonderful--down through the valley, mountains on both sides, lots of lights in the valley and hillsides at night. wonderful view. The two mornings we stayed in until noon were spent on the covered terrace.
Some rooms are quieter than others (rooster, dogs). Some rooms have better internet reception than others. Hot water took awhile to come. We felt like we couldn't come back during the day so we left around 11am and returned around 8pm
This property is beautiful, it has a great view of Oaxaca and the staff are amazing. Super accommodating and patient!
