Extremely poor self catering facility for ff reasons..
1. Communication huge problem. For a facility that accommodates international guests staff must be able to spesk English.
2. Only 2 towels. How can we wear same slippers that other guests wore when showering...so unhygienic.
3. No hot water...if it was not for one helper, we would have had to wait until folliwing day to shower.
4. First time in all my travelling I come across a self catering facility that does not have enough of every kitchen catering essentials....only 2 glasses...2 spoons...1 plate, and even when I requested cereal bowls...stained bowls were given.
5. Basic toilet essentials were not even available.
6. Basically, the apartment was very poorly prepared for new guests arriving.
