Os quartos eram quentes, muito bem localizados. Houve acesso à piscina gratuito.
- Great room, very well equiped.
- They furnished the studio with more open furniture as opposed to the traditional wardrobe and dressers that most people won't ever use. Because of this, it's easier to spread your stuff around if you're only staying for a couple of nights.
- Heating works great
- The hotel facilitated our check-in and checkout as well as allowed us yo move our dates free of charge
- Super fast communication
- Check in time is way too late at 5pm. They moved ours to earlier, which we appreciate. But I reckon it would be much harder to do it on busy days.
- I wish they would proactively offer tips and advice for those who are bot used to snow. We saw some people stranded or struggling to drive up the icy roads.

The room is nice, spacious and warm. Location is amazing: right next to the skiing action. The small kitchen in the room is very pactical.
The food scene was terrible: only the self-service restaurant and the cafeteria were open, and they were both very disappointing. And they should be more clear about the kitchen equipment: they did not list the italian coffee maker available in the room, so we didn't bring our coffee to use in it. The result? Breakfasts without coffee... Not a great way to start you day.

A localização é ótima para quem quer estar no seio da natureza.
Passeio de acesso à recepção e aos quartos respectivamente com neve de meio metro. Acho que os funcionários deveriam limpar o acesso pedonal aos quartos.
Fomos em família com 5 pessoas, e depois de esquiar nada melhor que um banho quente......pois....o segundo a tomar banho ficamos sem agua quente !!!! - Como podem ter um cilindro de 30 litros a alimentar um quarto com 5 pessoas ??
