Pros:

Widoki i wielkość apartamentu. Dobra ilość sprzętów w apartamencie i miła obsługa. Jeśli ktoś gra w golfa jest to miejsce dla niego.

Cons:

Dojazd do kwatery, bardzo duże oddalenie od sklepów, głównej ulicy. Basen dostępny, ale panuje nam nim dziwna, bardzo cicha atmosfera. Skomplikowany system dotyczący bram, ogrodzeń itp. To miejsce dla raczej starszych gości i bez dzieci.

Een prachtig appartement met ruimte,airco,en een prachtig balkon en gedeeld zwembad.
Tevens genoten van de prachtige golfbaan en uitzichten!

Cons:

Heel weinig enkel wat omslachtige gescheiden vuilverwerking en paar kleine details in t huisje.
Sommige mensen vinden erg smalle weg naar appartementen een probleem,maar hoort ook een beetje bij de ervaring.

Schöne Ferienanlage, die ihren Ansprüchen nicht mehr gerecht wird.
Pros:

Die Apartments liegen mit schöner Aussicht am Hang. Bis in den Ort Toscolano-Maderno sind es rd. 2,5 km. Dort, wie überall am Gardasee, gibt es zu wenige und teure Parkplätze. Zu Fuß mit Kindern in den Ort zu laufen, ist nicht ratsam, weil ein kurzes Stück entlang der Gardasana ohne Fußgängerweg gegangen werden muss. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und angenehm groß (10 x 20 m). Auch die parkähnliche Umlage ist schön und wird gut in Schuss gehalten.
Das Apartment selbst ist großzügig geschnitten und ausgestattet. Zum Apartment gehört ein Tiefengaragenplatz.

Cons:

Bei einer Maisonette hatten wir nicht erwartet, dass die eine Hälfte im Keller liegt und nur über Oberlichter verfügt. So hat die fast 30 m² große Diele unten z.B. gar kein Tageslicht. Das sollte in der Objektbeschreibung erwähnt sein. Zusätzlich war die Beleuchtung in unserem Apartment trotz vieler Lampen aufgrund der installierten, schwachen Beleuchtungskörper ungenügend. Steckdosen sind Mangelware (in der Küche war lediglich eine vorhanden, so dass Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher nur mit Steckerwechsel zu bedienen sind).

Die Einrichtung des Apartments ist in die Jahre gekommen und zeigt deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Die Betten waren z.T. durchgelegen, die weiche, durchgehende Matratze im Schlafzimmer oben übertrug jede nächtliche Bewegung des Partners.

Die Kaffeemaschine nimmt nur Kapseln von Lavazza, die in der Gegend wohl ausschließlich an der Rezeption zu bekommen sind. Die halbe Zeit waren leider keine vorrätig.

Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht, wenn auch gelegentlich ein wenig blasiert.

Pros:

Schöne Wohnanlage im Hang direkt an einem schönen Golfplatz. Aussicht war auch sehr schön auf den Gardasee. Der Pool war von der Größe her optimal. Die Anlage an sich auch sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß mit einem sehr schönen Balkon. Platz gibt es genug für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Hundefreundliche Unterkunft. Tiefgaragenplatz dazu, perfekt. Die Einweisung in die Wohnung mit deutschsprachigen Personal, hätte ich so nicht erwartet..

Cons:

Der Weg dorthin war eine Herausforderung (zumindest für meine Frau). Die Straße ist nämlich sehr schmal. Wenn ein Fahrzeug entgegen kommt, heißt es er oder ich, welcher dann rückwärts fahren muss.
Die Wohnung an sich, könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle mal aufgefrischt werden. Gibt doch so paar kleine Schadstellen. Fuge im Bad Fußboden könnte mal erneuert werden, auch die Dichtung an der Duschwand. Ebenso müsste der Fensterladen am Bad neu befestigt werden. Aber das ist jammern auf hohen Niveau. Italienischer Flair halt.
