Wonderful place to be to relax we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again for sure

I loved how close it is to the beach I wished I owned the place there I would live there year around

The location, close to barefoot landing and the beach. Loved that our unit had a king sized bed plus 4 single beds! It was amazing having 2 full bathrooms! Parking right in front of our widow! I'm hoping to book again next year!!

Cons:

The beds were pretty uncomfortable, but it is probably way more firm than I like, but other than that everything was great!

I loved that it was right on the beach and I loved that no one had to share a bed.

Cons:

We went a whole week with no hot water!! I also didn't like that I had to pay to use the washer and dryer, and I was so worried about getting a cleaning fee even tho the place looked like it was hardly cleaned from the last person who stayed. Dust all over the walls and air vents. Sand was all over the beds and the couch. So we had to clean the whole first day we arrived. Also the front door didn't want to stay shut. There also is only one TV and it's in the living room.

The proximity to the beach was a 2min walk, eye view from balcony.

Cons:

No swimming pool, out dated decor, no newer appliances. Lots of stairs to climb if you’re assigned one of the upstairs units.

Older spot out by the beach that’s good if you are a group of ppl or have a few kids
Pros:

The location. The balcony was nice to sit out on there were rocking chairs. I got my deposit back quick. Close to everything you needed. Able to walk to the beach in seconds and get back home was cool. Fridge was good too and being able to cook with everything I needed.

Cons:

The bed in the master was very lumpy. The kids were ok with the bunk beds.It was ok clean I found sunglasses left in the bathroom, had to wash the dishes again….its surface clean. I left it cleaner than they did. No tv in the rooms only living room. Not a lot of channels to choose from. My bank updated credit cards so I had a time with my payment having the old one recorded on file. When you are charged, it’s 50% of what you owe for your trip. It won’t be taken all at once. There is a 200 cleaning fee. It will be taken 2-3 weeks before your trip. If you have any issues with your card you will be charged additional 35 fee for each failed time….regardless of the situation. Also if you’re driving more than 1 vehicle don’t. For 5 days it’s 100 bucks extra charge and the parking is TIGHT. In the pic we stayed at the top right.

Cons:

The mattress in unit 7 closes to the deck needs to be replaced. Pans need to be added, ex. baking pan and alot of nails sticking up on top deck!

Pros:

I loved the location, the drying racks for wet swimsuits, the all tile floors for easy clean up, and the fact that most necessities are already there and taken care of for you to use.

Cons:

The coffee pot, an upgrade to a k-cup pot would have been amazing. Im the only one in my family that drinks coffee so it's such a waste making a whole cup of coffee. And a casserole dish would be convenient for easy meals, but that was an easy fix i just bought disposable ones.

Would definitely recommend it . Very clean, good access to the beach , friendly people .
Pros:

Absolutely the best location. Easy walk to the beach. Very clean ! Nice people ! Good parking.

Cons:

The only thing is in the room with the bunk beds at night there is a very bright light coming into that room , would recommend some other curtains over the window and one of bunk beds wobbled pretty good , could use some better mattresses. Other than those small things the place was very good.
