Pros:

Room was clean and quiet

Cons:

Code to get in was not in the check in instruction. Contacted the owner/staff with no response until the next morning, ended up sleeping in the lobby and in the car on our first night.

The location is very accessible. However, there's room for improvement in cleanliness.
Pros:

The location is situated within NLEX; it is very accessible for visitors traveling to and from Manila.

Cons:

The toiletries, such as shampoo and body wash, were already empty when we arrive at the room.

Disappointing
Pros:

1) The unit was very spacious. It gave us a lot of breathing space to move around.
2) Kitchen tools are good as we were able to cook our food.
3) Ref is big! :)

Cons:

1) When we arrived (around 8pm), we washed the dishes and was trying to cook our food. As we were washing the dishes, the grease trap under the sink overflowed - water with oil flowed out not only inside the cabinet but into the floor as well. I asked for rags so that we can wipe out the "oiled" floor so as to prevent accident. The host said there were rugs in the right cabinet, but we opened all the cabinets and found NONE. So I asked for rugs since the care taker would visit us the following day together with the maintenance but we got none until the time we checked out. (see picture)

2) I asked for Bathroom rug bec there was no door to the shower area. we were only given a pink face towel to wipe the floor water. (see picture)

3) When we checked in - we noticed that there was a dirty towel on top of the towel railings. We reported this to the host but did not bother with it. My secretary even showed it to the caretaker who visited the following day - but also did not bother to remove it. (see picture)

4) I asked the host if we can extend check out until 12nn since I have a scheduled meeting from 10am-1130am, but he said that I would have to pay additional 500 pesos!!! To which I complained since I just needed to finish my meeting and would leave immediately. We paid 11K for the 3 days stay (which is already expensive to begin with!!!) and no consideration was given for the REQUESTED Extension. We did not extend out of FRUSTRATION!!!

5) No toilet paper in the bathroom - we even have to ask the host - when this SHOULD already be A BASIC NEED and should have been available from the beginning.

6) The amount of hand soap and dish soap was very little and was not replenished so we had to buy our own dish soap. (see picture)

Very good
Pros:

It's worth the price. The location is good. Security is very good.

Cons:

My view, but not too bad. Narrow driveway . It's just okay. Need to drive very slow.
