Pros:

Love the location. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with amazing views from both balconies. Well stocked kitchen. Daily maid service. Secure parking and easy access. Host was friendly and responsive. Two minute walk to town center. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Great choice for skiing with family and friends
Pros:

Fantastic place with great host! Very comfy! We had Soldanella room for 7 people (big apartment with two separate bedrooms and living room+kitchen) and it was so spacious and well equipped. Storage space was enormous with dressers in each room, two big wardrobes and dressing room. Everything was neat and clean. Bathrooms were big and comfy. Great towels. Water was always hot. The temperature in rooms was easy to control (thermostats on radiators) and the heating was working very efficiently (we had to reduce it to make it cooler when we first entered). Kitchen was well equipped, there was plenty of glasses, cutlery and kitchenware. We had even two kinds of coffee machine. Cleaning staff was coming daily what was a total surprise. One day was skipped (I assume that that is a regular one day off - very common in this region).
There is a big underground parking connected with a lift with the guesthouse. There were always places available despite high season. You have also parking space in front of the building if you prefer.
As this guesthouse is a part of small capital group you get additional benefits with discounts for ski rental or restaurants (incl. at least one on slope - Las Vegas, which is organising fantastic dawn and evening activities - check them out). Possibility of storing your ski equipment in ski rental close to Piz Sorega was a blast. The place is perfect, with lift, hi-tec boots storage, comfortable seating arrangement. It was clean, dry, warm and high quality.
The location is wonderful - very close to the pedestrian zone with all restaurants and stores.

Cons:

We'd love to have a breakfast option, which is unavailable. They offer bread service instead though, which is nice to have.
It's quite a walk to Piz Sorega, but the possibility to store skiing equipment in the ski rental close to the lifts made it zero problem for us.

We were made to feel very welcome however the apartment was only just adequate for four adults and as a consequence was

The apartment was beautifully clean and was serviced daily.

Cons:

It was not ideal for four adults. The double bedroom was fine however the single box room was tiny and the other bed was a pull out in the lounge. The consequence was that the lounge was effectively out of bounds for all except the occupant. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is actually 2 adults with one young child.
