Excellent location, beautiful apartment and very good cleaning service and breakfast

Cons:

The system getting in was faulty and took a little bit long time to get personal help (because phone help did not work) but I am very grateful to Nicole, who was very helpful to solve our problem to get into appartment .

Schoon, goed bereikbaar en goede locatie.
Pros:

Het gemak, zowel de korte wandeling vanuit de parkeergarage als de manier om naar binnen te komen.

Cons:

Jammer dat er maar 1 zakje zwarte thee was want vruchtenthee was niets voor ons.

Buena habitación, céntrica pero muy mala comunicación

Habitacion muy grande, con nevera.
Muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

Check in muy difícil, hay una máquina, tipo cajero automático para hacer el check in, en la máquina no nos reconocía la reserva, nos dijeron que hasta las 15:00 no era posible, lo volvimos a intentar a las 15:05 y tampoco nos dejaba, por el interfono que tienen no se oía nada y nos colgaban, menos mal que había otra pareja con el mismo problema y consiguieron hablar por teléfono con ellos y nos dijeron cómo hacerlo, hay que ir al hotel PARK HOTEL LEIPZIG para poder hacer el check in.
No nos dijeron cómo había que hacer el check out, si volviendo al otro hotel o como, al final conseguimos contactar con ellos y dejamos las tarjetas dentro de la habitación.
El desayuno te lo dejan en la nevera cuando limpian y todos los días a primera hora te llevan 3/4 panecillos.

Great stay and perfect location!
Pros:

Very clean
Huge room - great layout
Lovely breakfast which was delivered to the room fresh every day

Cons:

Check in was a disaster as there is no manned check in desk and the electronic check in screen wasn’t working so we had to call for assistance and wait for about 20 minutes for someone to bring the keys round to the hotel
No mirror in the bedroom - only one in the bathroom which made getting ready very difficult
Coffee machine was too complicated and instructions didn’t make sense so we couldn’t use it
