Beautiful villa right next to the beach
Pros:

We loved Ohana Villas, it was the perfect accommodation for our time in Santa Teresa. The villa was beautiful and clean, really close to the beach as well as lots of lovely restaurants. The host Juan was incredibly helpful and super friendly! I would definitely recommend.

Nice, immersive place to stay.
Pros:

Close to main strip, large room, love a 2-floor lol. Giant bed, shared kitchen was no hassle. Pool was good size for swimming, and wildlife isn’t shy to visit. Great comms from staff.

Extremely Disappointed
Pros:

Disappointed, it’s only fair to list the good points as well as the bad points , we booked a pool view room which had a very well equipped kitchen, it had a great size balcony where you could lounge out , pre check in communication from Juan was very good and he answered promptly, the pool was a nice size and the water was clean ,

Cons:

We were disappointed with the room in several areas , we were downstairs so hearing the people moving around upstairs was a nuisance, we booked a pool view but were actually lower than the pool edge , the bathroom was a major disappointment, the door stuck , the lighting was poor, the shower was useless, the water from the shower head went in all directions including over the shower curtain, the towels were old and worn also a dirty off white colour, as this has been mentioned by previous customers in the feedback it’s particularly disappointing, the decking around the pool had several boards with broken edges , we left after one night and yes perhaps we could have given the owner a chance to rectify some of the issues, but we felt that he as he hadn’t addressed previous feedback then it was unlikely to happen, we feel the pictures can be slightly misleading regarding the pool view etc
