Pros:

The location was incredible, just up the street from the beach and many delicious food spots! Super convenient and was tucked away in a quiet area. The pool was a great addition to cool off midday.

Pros:

Este alojamento está situado numa zona estratégia de Santa Teresa, porque rapidamente se chega (a pé) a restaurantes, supermercados e principalmente à praia. Os quartos são confortáveis e grandes e o anfitrião é prestável e simpático. Uma familia de macacos passa várias vezes pelas árvores do hotel.

Cons:

Não é muito fácil manter insectos fora do quarto. Houve uma quebra de energia durante a nossa estadia e seria agradável ter um kit com velas ou lanternas para não ficarmos totalmente às escuras.

Pros:

Really nice apartment (rather than villa), since you have one floor in the same house.

Cons:

The path to the ocean is kind of rough and the street needs some work (obviously not the owners fault). We had cockroaches the first day, but they quickly came and sprayed and no issues anymore.

Se cortó la luz por unas dos horas , lo cual parece ser habitual en Santa Teresa.
No hay luces de emergencia en el departamento, deberían poner alguna.

Pros:

Very easy check in.
Communicative host - very quick to respond when we had a small issue with the door.
Very convenient location for beach - 3 min walk away.
Nice food places nearby.

Cons:

Pool furniture could do with updating but very nice pool.

Ohana was amazing - we can’t wait to come back. Communication with Juan was quick and helpful; location was perfect with nearby beach, restaurants, yoga; kitchen and pool made it so we never really wanted to leave; room was private; AC was great.

Very good location but slightly disappointed with value.
Pros:

Good location, comfortable, clean, quiet, with a beautiful garden. Owners are very responsive.

Cons:

Given the price, we were surprised not to have any toiletries or bottles of water. Unusually early check out (10am).

Schöne, kleine, grüne und gepflegte Anlage, ruhig.
Pros:

Lage ist gut aber Santa Teresa wächst weiterhin, Baulärm ist immer irgendwo. Kleiner schöner Pool, schöne gepflegte Anlage, sehr nette Betreuung, sicherer Parkplatz, uns hat es gefallen.

Hay mucha paz, está céntrico y muy limpio.

Cons:

No me gustó que la cocina fuera compartida, hay que esperar a que las personas de la otra habitación terminen, para poder cocinar lo propio.
Tampoco me gustó que el check out fuera a las 10am...o sea, te levantas, desayunas y te vas. Deberían cambiarlo para las 11 (por lo menos).

Schöne Zeit mit Beach-Vibe
Pros:

Tolle Lage und großzügige Zimmer sowie eine schöne private Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer lief reibungslos.

Cons:

Leider war das Bad in die Jahre gekommen und nicht sehr gepflegt. Die Toilette sowie der Duschvorhang waren sehr abgenutzt.
