One of the best places I have stayed in
Pros:

Absolutely amazing view and nice modern decor. It was very clean and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay including secure garage, easy access to the unit, user friendly appliances and spacious balcony.

Cons:

Some black mould on roller blinds in dining room and 2nd bedroom (on far right side when facing window)

Pros:

View magnificent. Location excellent. Chinese and Nepalese 2 mins walk. Narooma Hotel 3 mins walk. Narooma Club10 mins walk downhill. Shuttle bus will drop you at your door. Good walks. Comfortable beds. We'll appointed kitchen.

Cons:

Only downside is no reverse cycle air con / heating although there is plug in heater and cooler and pedestal fans.
Steep driveway and bit of manoeuvring to get car in garage but doable.

Always love coming to Narooma. Could just sit and watch the passing parade of boats all day!
Pros:

The view is to die for. Easy access to town, food venues, parks and sights. No need to take the car! Sun streams into the unit in the morning and the heat is retained throughout the day - we didn't use the heater at all.

Cons:

The driveway is very steep. Our vehicle is large & was difficult to manoeuvre onsite - it didn't fit into the small garage. Some nearby venues closed over the weekend, limiting food options.

Pros:

We self catered and the kitchen facilities were very good. The view was amazing.

Cons:

We booked for 4 nights and ran out of toilet paper - not a single spare roll in the unit!
I thought the plastic tablecloth on the dining table was not a good look.
Where to park was not explained. The garage for the unit was not accessible.
The unit above and common corridor was being renovated and sometimes the machinery noise was very loud.

Pleasant, view was great and some nice walks, but definitely the apartment needs some work.
Pros:

The view and location to restaurants.

Cons:

The windows were jammed so couldn’t open properly for fresh air. The fly screens were very dirty. There was no air conditioning. The toilet seat didn’t fir the toilet. Too many regulations, ie, do not put suitcases on beds to unpack, but no suitcase stand was available. Not advertised as an Airbnb so thought we were going to a Motel. Too many emails with conflicting information before we arrived. Overall, quite a tired accommodation.
