Descanso y energia renovada.
Pros:

El dpto comodo, en un barrio tranquilo, hay varios negocios alrededor para cualquier compra que uno desee, tambien esta el mercado a un par de cuadras como el centro a 10 min.

Cons:

Podria tener mas espacio el baño, este comentario es constructivo podria cambiarse el tipo de ducha.
