Ми з сім’єю проживали в цьому готелі два дні, і, на жаль, залишилися дуже розчаровані. Обирали саме цей готель, бо була заявлена власна парковка, що мало б гарантувати безпеку для гостей і їхнього майна.
Ми приїхали на власному автомобілі, який був зачинений, проте під час перебування з багажника було викрадено подарунок. Це сталося саме на території парковки біля готелю. Вважаю, що це серйозний недолік у безпеці, адже гості повинні почуватися захищено.
Найбільше обурює те, що жодної відповідальності чи належної реакції з боку адміністрації ми не отримали. Така ситуація абсолютно неприйнятна.
Не рекомендую цей готель тим, хто цінує безпеку та спокій під час відпочинку.
