Pros:

Nico and his family were amazing, we felt like being at home. Appartment was clean with everything one needs for the stay. Bed sheets and towels were changed regularly together with appartment cleaning. The breakfast was amazing as well! There is nothing to complain about. And there is also dedicated parking!

Spotlessly clean stay in great location!
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, great shower and really good air con. Breakfast is brilliant, delicious pancakes and fruit!

Location is fantastic, in the centre of Kassiopi, less than 5 minutes walk to the harbour but it is up a short but very steep hill and note that transfers and taxis won’t take you to the top!

Cons:

Was a little bit disappointed the kitchen area didn’t have a window as pictured so it was very dark. And the sea view was very minimal and a bit underwhelming.

Communication could have been a little better, no one was around when we arrived so I had to call the number on booking.com and was advised that the key had been left in the door. Could have benefitted from some information in the room with wifi code, emergency contact etc.

We had very good time and enjoyed the excellent customer service. We feel that we have new friends in Kassiopi 😏
Pros:

Nicos his wife Evangelina and Kiki all of them made us feel like old friends 😀 Nicos is an excellent Chef and his breakfast omelettes were excellent.
The room/apartment was very comfortable with two like new air conditioning units that worked perfectly. The unit also has a small kitchen that we did not get an opportunity to use but we did take advantage of the small refrigerator.
We also enjoyed the nice balcony.
Location was excellent as well, an easy walk to the center of the town and to nearby beaches .
Nicos also gave us very good dinner suggestions like the Illusions Restaurant. Parking was provided so it was perfect for our rental car. Nicos even allowed us to park in his private parking when we arrived the first day and found the parking lot full. Very kind of him 😊

Cons:

The only minor issue we had was the fact that the electrical outlets were not working as they should. In my opinion I think the guest abused them when they bring their electrical plugs/adapters in order to connect their devices like cell phones, etc etc.
Now when you plug 🔌 something the plug is very loose so you have to spend some time in order to get it to connect properly.

Perfect location in the middle of the town but quiet as not on the main strip, about a 3 minute walk to the main bars and restaurants. Lovely sea view and very comfortable apartment. Niko and his family and so lovely, they treat you like good friends and nothing is a bother, he will make you fresh breakfast every morning with a smile on his face, literally anything you want, his omelettes and poached eggs are the best you will ever have! Pancakes are always great too! Good air con and the room is cleaned every day! We love this place and the people and kassiopi will always be a special place to us! Make sure you check out illusions bar and the kitchen bar too as it will make your holiday! Thank you so much Niko for a beautiful week’s stay! .. also just to note you can use the pool opposite the apartments if you buy a drink and has loungers and a clean pool to use through the day if you like to.

Perfect stay in a lovely seaside village.
Pros:

Loved our stay at Artheo Hotel Kassiopi.
The view and location was great.
The hotel staff were lovely and the breakfast was exceptional.

Cons:

The hill upto the Hotel was steep, particularly when you have to push a suitcase. Other than that it was perfect.
