Pros:

Perfektné ubytovanie priamo oproti pláži,skvelá lokalita a majiteľ veľmi milý a nápomocný. Apartmán bol priestranný, čistý a plne vybavený. Boli sme veľmi veľmi spokojní.

Pros:

We loved everything about this accommodation, it was perfectly located, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Oliver was an amazing host, super friendly and welcoming! We had a truly wonderful holiday in Rimini.

Cons:

The ice cream shop next door played loud music early in the morning which was annoying.

Il proprietario Oliver è stato accogliente e gentile. La struttura è all'altezza della descrizione. Posizione centralissima e comoda sia per il mare che per acquisti. Ottima l' insonorizzazione degli infissi e anche porte interne. Cucina moderna e ben fatta. Comodo divano letto. Parcheggio disponibile alli" nterno e molto utile. Tutto considerato diamo una valutazione molto positiva

Pros:

Alles war perfekt. Super Lage. Wohnung ist schön und sauber. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Direkt am Strand.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Oliver ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur zum empfehlen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Хорошее местоположение. Отвратительный номер. Когда его заказывали,там вообще не было указано,что нет балкона,вещи приде
Pros:

Близко возле моря. Правда как указано порядка 200 метров

Cons:

Сырость в номере. После стирки вещей по приходу с пляжа,они не высыхали. Не было балкона. Все сушилось внутри. Соответственно появлялся запах

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, ein sehr schöner Strand mit schöner Bar direkt über die Straße. Bäckerei, Pizzeria u.s.w. in der Nähe. Sauber, gute Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer.

Italien, Urlaub mit Freunden ( Gerade wenn man die Gesamtpolitische Weltlage beachtet. )
Pros:

Lage direkt an Strandstrasse mit Blick über Strand und Meer, wie auf Foto. Absolut neuwertiger Renovierungsstandard.
Alles neuwertig. Küche, Bad - Waschmaschine Alles wie Erstbezug ( War mal Küchenstudioleiter)
Eingezäunter, umbauter Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Haus super edel, Fahrstuhl. Trotzdem sehr kinderfreundlich.
Gegenüber zum Meer direkter Strandzugang , großer gepflegter Kinderspielplatz.
Sehr, sehr gute Frühstücksmöglichkeit, ca . 300m vom Ausgang rechts, dann linke Strandstrassenseite.

Perfektní lokalita. Blízko k pláži, poblíž pekárna, zmrzlinárny, restaurace, případně i pizza do ruky. S majitelem super domluva.

Très très agréable. Je recommande fort
Pros:

Check in et check out très facile avec Oliver. Échange avec lui par WhatsApp réactif. Propreté des lieux et super emplacements.

Cons:

Quelques équipements un peu « vieillots » (lave linge) et peut être une rénovation salle de bain ?
