Strand fast vor der Tür, Restaurants gleich gegenüber
Pros:

Die Kommunikation mit Oliver war aussergewöhnlich. Er reagierte immer sofort und erfüllte alle Wünsche. Sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Wir danken ihm herzlich.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Nachteil war das schwache Internet in dem Schlafzimmer.

110 on the scale of 100. Amazing place!
Pros:

Amazing Host! Amazing location! Super safe and easy to do whatever you want. Superb vacation! Recommend to anyone who wants to have an outstanding place to stay at.

Cons:

It does get a little loud at night when the garbage truck comes. Also, the street is super lively and it means a lot of people walking by and having fun. It was amazing to be there but at night it was a little loud.

Sehr schöne Lage und schöne, saubere Zimmer.
Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Inhaber.
Direkt am Strand und eigener, kostenloser Parkplatz.
Sehr gerne wieder.

Cons:

Couch waren uns etwas zu weich.
Kaffeemaschine / Kapselmaschine hat gefehlt. Es gab nur einen Espressokocher.

Владелец отеля очень приятный обходительный человек быстро реагирует на все ваши требования и выполняет их в отеле было очень чисто уютно к морю идти буквально пара секунд дети и мы остались очень довольны обязательно туда вернёмся

Leckeres Essen, sauber, höflich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage war sensationell! Aus der Tür raus, über die kleine Straße rüber und schon zum Strand, welcher sehr sauber und gepflegt war! In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es etliche Restaurants und Cafés. Die Parkmöglichkeit an der Unterkunft war auch super! Der Vermieter super nett!

Cons:

Dafür kann die Unterkunft zwar nix, aber eine Strandliege (Schirm und zwei Liegen) in erster Linie am Strand für 30 Euro...find ich schon ziemlich viel.

Pros:

Top Lage, schönes sauberes großes Appartement, waren zu fünft, 2 Erwachsene 3 Kinder. Der Vermieter Oliver ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand gleich über der Straße, gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Nach Rimini Zentrum fährt alle 20 Minuten ein öffentlicher Bus. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Eine super Unterkunft. Ein super Vermieter. Super Service.
Pros:

Das 3. mal das wir dort waren und was soll ich sagen, es war wie immer….. einfach super👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Cons:

Leider muss ich auch etwas negatives schreiben. Wir waren das 2. mal im selben Zimmer. Und wie beim ersten Mal hatte mein Mann von den Matratzen starke Rückenschmerzen. Vielleicht sollten diese mal ausgetauscht werden.

Pros:

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Oliver ist ein großartiger Gastgeber und wenn man ihn braucht ist er sofort da. Sehr gute Gegend, gute Restaurants und Top Strandlage. In nicht einmal einer Minute erreicht man den Strand. Insgesamt war es absolut empfehlenswert.

Pros:

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per una settimana .Posto ideale per le famiglie con i bambini Siamo stati veramente bene, la vicinanza del mare , i negozi , i ristoranti, la fermata del trenino proprio davanti alla residenza hanno reso tutto fantastico.
E un grazie ad Oliver per l’accoglienza.

Charming apartment in Rimini, close to the beach
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at this apartment in Rimini! The location is perfect – just a few steps from the beach, so we could enjoy our morning coffee on the terrace while listening to the sound of the sea. The view is stunning, as the terrace overlooks the sea, which made our stay even more special.
The area is very charming: there’s a lovely pedestrian street nearby, ideal for evening strolls, with plenty of excellent restaurants, gelato shops, and stores. The host was very kind, helpful, and attentive, and the apartment itself was clean, neat, and well-equipped – everything we needed for a peaceful, relaxing vacation.
There were just two minor issues overall, the air conditioner required some cleaning and the microwave wasn’t in great shape, but the owner responded promptly and took care of everything right away when we let him know.

I highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind in the heart of Rimini, in a quiet seaside setting.

Exceptional
Pros:

Position of the residence is great. Just few steps to the beach (just cross the road, which is ZTL zone, so minimum cars). Appartment is well equipped, clean (whole residence) and large enough. Air conditioning
is installed in bedroom and also in dining room. Private car parking behind the house is really big advantage. Oliver is really great and helpful. Great choice for family vacation.
