Pros:

Would definitely stay here again. Friendly, communicative staff, excellent location near large grocery store and Metro, and the luggage storage before and after check-in/check out was soooo helpful for our large group. Calm and quiet area. Great value.

Ho trascorso due notti in questa struttura assieme alla mia famiglia (con 2 bambini sotto i 10 anni). Ho trovato un ambiente curato, pulito e accogliente. Personale cortese e disponibile. Molto buona anche la posizione, a meno di due minuti dalla stazione della metro e dalla fermata del tram. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Molto consigliato.

The apartments are nice and very conveniently located next to a metro station. We were asked to pay an early check-in fee even though the apartments were already ready, but we accepted it as part of their policy.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our access cards were activated for only one day, and on the second evening we were unable to enter our rooms. We spent more than an hour trying to reach someone from the hotel to verify our identities and regain access. Fortunately, other guests opened the entrance door for us so we could at least wait in the lobby; otherwise we would have had to stay outside in the rain. After a long day of sightseeing, being tired and wet, it was very frustrating to be left outside at 9:00 pm. This situation significantly affected our otherwise nice vacation.
