Positive overall.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean pool. Price was good. Beds and sheets were clean and comfortable. Laundry was done quickly and cheaply as well. Kitchen area was clean and well-equipped with utensils and cooking appliances.

Cons:

Minor issues with water temperature and ants, but it was solved quickly both times. Location wasn't terribly convenient. Neighborhood can occasionally be noisy.

I will be going back to Casa Del Cono our next trip to Cabo!
Pros:

Breakfast is not available, but, neighborhood food places cooked excellent cuisine. Swimming pool and outdoor barbecue area overlooking the whole area all the way to the Ocean was awesome!
The Hosts were very nice and friendly.

Cons:

Nothing that I had a problem with.

Pros:

The room was clean, nice and had enough space including a personal kitchen.

Cons:

The location was a little bit far from the hotspots. The Check-In was not too easy as my driver had to call them to open it for us and the reply on chats on WhatsApp were not really happening.

Amazing view. Grest value for the price!
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, view of the town and ocean was amazing. The apartment had everything you needed including a basic kitchenette. Staff were very friendly, however did not speak much English (ideal place if you have a car and can speak Spanish).

Cons:

No hot water in the shower (only cool/luke warm), you could not swim in the pool (not that clean). Overall the apartment could have been a bit clean.

CASA DEL CONO IS THE BEST AND WE ARE PLANNING A RETURN NEXT YEAR!!!
Pros:

This was the perfect place to be in Cabo but experience local amenities.

Cons:

Bring your own instant coffee and ice chest if ice is your thing.

nice hotel in a very Mexican neighborhood with a great pool
Pros:

we liked the pool, the rooftop terrace, the pool table, and the room itself with your own kitchen

Cons:

there is no smoking area at all. you have to leave the gate and smoke in the sun on a dusty road.
there is no staff most of the time, except for a lovely cleaning lady. we waited 15 min outside the gate when we arrived, and ended up calling the number to be let into the hotel.
