Oase van rust. Een kleinschalig resort.
Geen grote punten.
Nous avons eu un très bon accueil, le personnel est souriant et au petit soin. Encore une fois l hospitalité des marocains est au rendez vous.
Les extérieurs sont très sympa, bien entretenu et la piscine au top!
Notre chambre etait assez défraîchie, ce qui est dommage, un petit coup de neuf ou même changer certains équipements comme la colonne de douche, le sèche cheveux et autre seraient top.
Un petit déjeuner très basic, qui ne varie pas...
Such a lovely resort with very friendly staff and great facilities! I had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend it when visiting Marrakesh. There have shuttle buses throughout the day, making transportation easily accessible and taxis are easy to get as well! A lovely outdoor poolside area as well as indoor pool with spa for a chill day! 10/10

The hotel was serene and had beautiful atmosphere and design. We enjoyed the spa and outdoor pool / heated indoor pool areas were large and amazing. These were the main reasons that we chose the specific hotel in the first place. We were greatly surprised by the delicious buffet offered at dinner time. We actually had some of our best meals while our stay in Morocco. And would like also to point out that everyone working there were absolutely amazing, friendly and honestly the biggest plus of the hotel!
Unfortunately, despite the grand potential of our suite (we chose the largest and most expensive offered by Booking) it needed some serious upgrade. Bathroom had no other amenities besides shower gel. Some parts of the walls needed painting, some wooden features were poorly renovated, the furniture looked old or cabinets could not close properly. It ruins the vibe, although I will state again that we loved our stay in general.

The hotel is beautiful with lovely outdoor areas. The staff we very helpful and friendly. We stayed here for the last couple of days of our trip to relax after the busy medina so it was perfect for this. We didn’t organise any excursions but there is lots on offer for you to do from the hotel which can be booked the day before as either private or group trips.
Our shower didn’t work properly so kept getting extremely hot without warning. The staff tried to fix it but it stayed the same. We didn’t complain further as we were checking out the next day but I imagine the staff would have sorted this out. The indoor pool and spa could do with some TLC
Prima eten, zeer smakelijk bereid. Uitstekende service, zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Het hotel/ resort is van alle gemakken voorzien en wordt goed onderhouden.
Locatie is wel erg ver van de stad. Er is een shuttle die 2x per dag op en neer rijdt, maar 'even' tussendoor de stad in, is er niet bij.
