Wir hatten nicht gedacht, dass das Appartment in Fuseo über eine steile Serpentinenstraße doch so weit von Tolmezzo entfernt ist. Die Wohnung war an manchen Stellen nicht sauber, den Kühlschrank haben wir erst einmal geputzt. Die Gläser haben wir daher gar nicht angerührt. Tassen gab es nur 3. Kein Deckel passte zu den Töpfen. Schade auch, dass wir keinen kleinen Tisch und Gartenstühle hatten, um draußen zu sitzen. Es gibt keinen Garten, ein Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus. Und ein Tablett wäre schön. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung keinen Charme.

Più chiarezza nell’annuncio.
Pros:

Premetto che per mia ignoranza non conoscevo Albergo diffuso. Pensavo fosse il nome dell’hotel ed invece no.

Cons:

Pensavo di essere in centro a Tolmezzo, così c’era scritto ed invece mi hanno indirizzato in un paese a circa 15 minuti. La casa era bella e in particolare i bagni nuovi e puliti. Però nella casa si sente odore di muffa.

Pros:

Appratamento disposto al primo piano con travi a vista, moderno e spazioso. Dotato di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, forno e forno a microonde. Posizionato a 5 min in auto dal centro di Tolmezzo e ben collegato con percorsi ciclopedonali.
Ci tronerei!

Cons:

Migliorerei la pulizia: i gatti di polvere sopra le travi non erano il massimo. Inoltre durante il nostro soggiorno la luce principale in cucina non funzionava rendendo un po' scure le cene. Ho segnalato comunque a chi di competenza che è stato molto disponibile.

Very modern, new, and clean property. Spacious, big kitchen, big living room, and two bedrooms. Check-in and out were easy and flexible.

Cons:

Note that there is no WiFi and also no A/C. Property is located further outside of the central Tolmezzo area across the river / bridge.

Pros:

really beautifull place, like from some design magazine :), great quiet location surrounded by the awesome hills, romantic place, and team was very helpfull.

Cons:

The apartment was equipped really well, with the boiling kettle and some sitting outside it would be perfect.

Big place with terrace but a longer walk into town than expected.
Pros:

Albergo Diffuso has several apartment locations around the city so best to try and find out the exact address of the booked apartment unit (for instance, we weren't aware we were staying a bit outside of the city until a day or two before arriving -- it was fine because our goal was hiking in the other direction but if somebody is counting on being in the city centre, walking a few km in the summer heat is too much as there is no shade on the walk to town). We loved the terrace and the size of our apartment and the fact dogs are allowed to stay! woof!

Cons:

Our apartment was above the local restaurant. Pluses: few steps away from yummy homemade dinner and tasty wine. Minus: in the summer you can sometimes hear the restaurant noise until after midnight which is part of the village charm, but would be good to know to prepare in advance for light sleepers (earplugs). Same goes for church bells :)

Soggiorno di 5 giorni a Tolmezzo
Pros:

Anche se ubicato a 3 km. da Tolmezzo (Fraz. Terzo), l' alloggio e' comodissimo, al primo piano di una palazzina di tre piani. Accesso con comode scale; parcheggio libero antistante; proprietari (che abitano vicino) cordialissimi, gentili ed ospitali (coltivano per gli ospiti un piccolo orticello davanti all' alloggio, con pomodori 🍅 buonissimi, basilico fresco, piccole mele naturali). L' alloggio e' spazioso, con 5 posti letto, dotato di tutto il necessario per prepararsi (volendo) i pasti. Tranquillità e silenzio garantiti !!!

Nulla. Tutto molto Ok.

Bello ma non lo riprenoterei
Pros:

Il panorama che si vedeva dalle finestre e l’ampiezza dell’appartamento dotato ti tutti gli accessori(lavatrice, phon, detersivi , ecc)

Cons:

La pulizia non molto curata, ragnatele dappertutto , perfino accanto al letto e il tragitto per arrivare alla struttura da specificare bene al momento della prenotazione. i 15 minuti da Tolmezzo in realtà sono 15/20 minuti di strada con 6 Km di strada con curve a gomito e stretta,che fatta di notte non è molto piacevole, inoltre visto che esternamente all’appartamento c’è un grande spazio, sarebbe carino dare la possibilità di godersi anche il fuori mettendo un paio di sedie e un tavolino da giardino

L'organizzazione dell'albergo è efficiente e funzionale.
Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento "La dal Gnoc" a Fusea. Vista e posizione meravigliose.
La casa è molto bella e curata.

Cons:

Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento specifico, non si presta a donne incinte o bambini in quanto il bagno si trova al piano inferiore della casa.
Basterebbe un po' piu di attenzione agli ospiti per rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile: un paio di sdraio e un tavolino permetterebbero di rilassarsi guardando l'intera vallata.
Peccato che forno e cucina ad induzione non fossero funzionanti. Disponibili 2 fornelli a resistenza poco utili.

Appartamento spazioso e pulito, con un bel terrazzo, in prossimità di una ciclabile e della provinciale. Arredato in modo funzionale. Parcheggio vicino alla struttura.

Cons:

Un suggerimento: metterei un QR code con varie informazioni (check-out, istruzioni elettrodomestici, n. utili, pw wifi, ecc.) a disposizione degli ospiti.

L'appartamento di Casanova é sprovvisto di aria condizionata ed avendo l'affaccio sulla strada principale se si lasciano le finestre aperte c'è quel rumore di traffico fastidioso che di sicuro non si addice ad un weekend di relax in montagna

Für Autotouristen, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist beeindruckend. Sie liegt etwa 300 Meter über Tolmezzo in einem kleinen Dorf namens Fuseo. Die Wohnung in einem alleinstehenden Haus am Ortsrand ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, ein Bad mit bestens funktionierender Dusche, in der Küche gibt es zwei Espressomaschinen und ausreichend Geschirr, aber zu wenige Töpfe. Die Betten haben uns zugesagt, könnten aber auch als zu hart empfunden werden.

Cons:

Aber ACHTUNG: Die Lage ist andererseits auch ein Nachteil. Denn die Wohnung ist nur über eine 3 Kilometer lange, sehr steile (10% Steigung) und im Dorf selbst sehr schmale Straße zu erreichen. Für Radtouristen also eher nicht geeignet. Im Dorf gibt es keine Geschäfte, aber eine sehr gute Trattoria (Da Maria). An sonnigen Tagen könnte man auch einen Sonnenschirm gebrauchen.
