Please note that the Stelvio Mountain Pass is closed from November until the end of May. This means that you will have to take a longer alternative route to reach the property. Special rates are available at the thermal baths in Bormio.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 3.50EUR per pet, per night applies.

La posizione, comodissima per Bormio, per lo. Stelvio e per tantissimi giri.
Un mini appartamento con stanza da letto e bagno.

Bella la location, il balcone e la metratura nel complesso.

Cons:

Arredo demodè. Rapporto qualità-prezzo da considerare solo se la spesa cadauno è di 30€ max. Punto dolente i rumori troppo amplificati, donne delle pulizie molto rumorose alle h8 di domenica mattina. Doccia con vetro a scorrere troppo pesante e che si incastra. Nel bagno spazi angusti. Residuo di puzza di sigaretta nell'appartamento. Booking segnava 1.20€ di tassa di soggiorno, fatte pagare 1.50€.

La nostra camera (Genziana) era davvero troppo piccola, mancava l'aria, finestre davano sulla strada e letto posizionato con testa sotto la finestra, le tende oscuranti erano sopra le nostre teste. Bagno altrettanto piccolo senza bidet e doccia bassa, per lavarsi i capelli si sbattevano i gomiti. Suggerisco assegnazione camera a viaggiatori singoli e non troppo alti.

Pros:

Posizione del residence ottima, buona pulizia e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Appartamento ampio e funzionale. Consigliato.
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato (a giugno) una notte in 4 nell'appartamento con due camere da letto al piano terra.
L'appartamento è grande e con il necessario per un soggiorno comodo: apprezzata la presenza del forno e della lavastoviglie (con pastiglie) se si cena in appartamento. Le camere (in particolare quella con letto matrimoniale) sono sufficientemente grandi e la presenza di due bagni (di cui uno a servizio della camera matrimoniale) è molto funzionale. Le docce nei bagni erano grandi (belli i getti idro-massaggio) ed i bagni erano nuovi e puliti. La cucina accede su una terrazza esterna molto ampia (non ad uso esclusivo dell'appartamento) ed attrezzata con tavoli - purtroppo la sera in cui siamo stati ha piovuto e non l'abbiamo potuta utilizzare.
L'host è stata gentile e premurosa. Veloci le procedure di check-in e check-out e comoda la possibilità di parcheggiare di fronte all'ingresso (parcheggio scoperto). Proprio vicino al residence ci sono un paio di bar dove fare colazione.
Le foto presenti su booking sono fedeli a quanto trovato.
