Pros:

La struttura si trova in una buona posizione, comoda per raggiungere il mare e visitare Vieste. Purtroppo, però, l'esperienza complessiva non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative.

Cons:

Le camere sono datate, ma questo di per sé non sarebbe un problema se fossero ben attrezzate. La cucina viene messa a disposizione degli ospiti, ma mancano le dotazioni essenziali come sacchetti per la spazzatura, sapone e spugne per pulire. Inoltre, l'illuminazione è insufficiente e i punti presa sono pochi e poco pratici.
Nel complesso, la struttura appare ferma agli anni '80 e avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento e di maggiore attenzione ai servizi offerti agli ospiti.

Bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Terrasse, parking gratuit, bonne climatisation, amabilité de la réception, bon suivi.

Cons:

un peu excentré de la ville, de la plage mais OK quand on a la voiture.
Dommage que les chambres soient sans fenêtre.
Disposer d'un peu plus d'ustensile cuisine serait un plus (planche à couper, grand couteau, bouilloire, éponges...)
