Wir kennen Loano,da familie Angehörige da wohnen.
Pros:

Das Personal hervorragend freundlich.
Pool sehr sauber.
Die grösse der Wohnung.
Sehr ruhig in der Nacht.
Die Organisation von denn Bring/Hol tage der Wäsche für lang aufenthalter.

Cons:

Leider ist die Wohnung sehr Lieblos eingerichtet (Kein einziges Bild an der Wand,geschweige denn eine Wanduhr.
Am pool viele verbote,aber keine Aufsicht.
Unserer Meinung nach braucht es in einer Ferienwohnung kein Backofen, ein Mikrowelle würde es auch tun,aber ohne 30 Euro Aufpreis pro woche. (Es gibt heut zu tage für wenig Geld Mikrowellen im Handel. )
Auch für das waschen,pro Waschgang 6 Euro ist auch übertrieben, wenn man bedenkt das in der Wohnung die Anschlüsse vorhanden sind.
Im Badezimmer ein nicht Aufmach bares Fenster zum Schlafzimmer gelegen.Wenn in der Nacht jemand zur Toilette musste wurde es auch hell,da das Fenster zum Schlafzimmerlag.Bei Regen Wetter leider sehr langweilig, da keine Aktivitäten vorhanden, auch nicht für kleine Gäste,ausser ein Spielzimmer für ganz kleine.
Für die Erwachsenen grad mal einen Kaffeeautomaten.
Unsere Wohnung keine Terrasse/Balkon. (Würden wir nie wieder buchen),und das für über 3000.- Euro für 3 Wochen.

Pros:

Struttura moderna, accogliente e ben fornita. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Si trova in una zona tranquilla e la spiaggia è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata di circa 8 minuti.

Cons:

Valutare la possibilità di aggiungere qualche condimento fondamentale (olio, sale grosso ecc...) per la cucina.

Parcheggio gratuito disponibile in struttura (un grande plus per la riviera ligure), area relax esterna piacevole e ordinata, anche se le due piscine risultano un po' piccole

I materassi sono sicuramente da sostituire.
Le cucine sono sprovviste di microonde, che è disponibile su pagamento di un extra
