Esperienza perfetta.
Pros:

Tutto perfetto, posto bellissimo e tenuto molto bene, nuovissimo.
Personale molto disponibile, si potrebbe dire che è un hotel con i vantaggi di un appartamento, stanze grandi con zona cucina ampia. Colazione perfetta e varia.

Cons:

Direi niente, andato tutto bene.

Bella struttura ma con qualche difetto
Pros:

La struttura è nuova e ben tenuta. L'appartamento è spazioso il giusto, anche se in 3-4 bisogna utilizzare il divano-letto in cucina/salotto. Buone le dotazioni di biancheria. Non ho trovato il letto comodo (troppo duro), nonostante sia certamente di ottima fattura, quindi può essere una sensazione soggettiva. La colazione merita una nota positiva in base alla varietà e alla qualità dell'offerta.

Cons:

Purtroppo la reception è scarsamente presidiata e questo impatta sulla qualità generale del servizio. I servizi descritti qui su booking.com non corrispondono alla struttura LaMonte Apartments in sè, ma fanno riferimento al Feuerstein Nature Family Resort, altrimenti non si spiega la presenza di "idromassaggio/jacuzzi", servizi benessere (massaggi vari), che però si trova a 4Km di distanza. Le camere (alcune? tutte?) sono accessibili da una balconata esterna, cosa che in estate può essere piacevole, ma in inverno peggiora sicuramente l'esperienza camera-spa. Interferenza di percorsi pulito-sporco decisamente migliorabile (garage-skiraum/spa, esterno/interno).

Pros:

A pályához nagyon közel, tágas és tiszta szobák. Van közel egy pizzéria, de a felvonóval is fel lehet menni a fentebbi étterembe, az is isteni ételeket ad és bőséges mennyiségben. Van egy kisebb játszótér is igen közel.

Cons:

Boltba gyalogszerrel nem lehet eljutni, de autóval kb. 10 perces távolságban már azért találni lehet.

Sehr schöne, hochwertige Ausstattung. Lage direkt an der Bergbahn. Sehr freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Mittag- und Abendessen kann man entweder selbst im Appartement zubereiten oder die vielfältigen gastronomischen Angebote in der Umgebung nutzen. Netter Saunabereich. Anreise mit der Bahn über Bhf. Brenner sehr gut möglich, man kann sich dann gegen Aufpreis abholen lassen oder die sehr zuverlässigen Regionalzüge und Linienbusse nutzen. Damit kann man z.B. auch einen Ausflug nach Bozen oder Meran machen (kostenlos mit Touristen-Card, an der Rezeption fragen).

Cons:

Appartamento vuoto, non disponibili in loco condimenti di base, ricambio per i sacchetti o possibilità di raccolta differenziata. Gli orari della reception non corrispondevano a quanto descritto per cui è stato difficile organizzarsi per la consegna dei documenti e il pagamento a fine soggiorno.

Krásný pobyt v klidném italském údolí.
Pros:

Krásné, nové apartmány. Vkusně a dostatečně zařízené včetně kuchyňky, ve které není pouze mikrovlnná trouba. Pohodlné jsou jak postele, tak i rozkládací gauč, na kterém se pohodlně vyspí dvě děti i dva dospělí. Ideální je poloha v dochozí vzdálenosti od lanovky malého lyžařského střediska. Součástí komplexu je také wellness s malým bazénem (pro děti více než dostačující), 3 saunami a odpočívací místností, malá posilovna, prostorná lyžárna je samozřejmostí. Vítaný bonus je pak kryté podzemní stání. Perfektní byly čerstvé snídaně s bohatým výběrem lokálních surovin. Vše velmi kvalitní a chutné. Rozhodně se vrátíme!

Cons:

Přítomnost zaměstnance na recepci je pouze občasná. Žádné extra služby jsme však nepožadovali a nepotřebovali.
