Pros:

Clean large apartement and friendly staff but most of it was closed for renovation (pool for instance, no bar/resturant etc)

Cons:

on booking it was stating that they have a pool and that is teh reason why we booked this hotel. It turned out that this the pool was closed for renovation and there were no amenties in the residence . That was tough for us as we have a 3y old baby. To be honest I was expecting a discount as a gesture

L'accoglienza,la gentilezza,la disponibilità, la chiarezza,l'accuratezza,la pulizia,l'ordine,il silenzio,appartamenti ben dotati e buon arredo,l'organizzazione e lo spazio,la completezza dei servizi offerti,il contesto,il parcheggio ampio,la posizione e la centralità e il poter fare tante cose vicino senza macchina,la colazione,cappuccio soia con cannella buonissimo,crostata si scioglieva in bocca..brioches..nei bagni saponi Confort Zone..prodotti e creme particolari,la spa,le piscine,la possibilità di fare fanghi e cure termali..il relax vero..nessuna ressa di massa...la riservatezza ed esclusività,norme igieniche severe e corrette,kit spa completo, i massaggi.meravigliosi con prodotti Confort Zone,Sabrina è il top,perfetta ,bravissima,la serietà ,onestà e professionalità, un piccola "bomboniera" preziosa da preservare

Che non mi sia piaciuto direi nulla di nulla..ma se vogliamo proprio....Migliorerei lettini spa..si muovono troppo..la temperatura termale non è caldissima come invece nel percorso vascolare,i materassi letto un pò più confortevoli e possibilità doppi cuscini,creerei creme termali del posto,metterei posa valige e qualche mensola larga nei bagni
