Disappointed
Pros:

The location is close to Gulf of orosei.

Cons:

The aparrment was very small for a family of 4. Musty. I didn’t know the pool would not be open (end of april). No privacy on terrce downstairs.

Perfect location and place in a great part of Sardinia!
Pros:

Great location. Orosei in itself was the best place we stayed at in Sardinia, and the location of Rifugio was ideal, in very walkable distance to the lovely town center of Orosei and on way to the beach. Also great place to start a morning run from :-). The hosts were very nice and the flat comfortable and spacious. Perfect parking arrangements too. We would certainly go back!

Wygodny apartament, ze stolikiem na zewnątrz na śniadanko, piękne bananowce w ogrodzie, fajny basen, w dniu wyjazdu mogliśmy spędzić dłużej czas w apartamencie dzięki uprzejmości właścicieli

Do plaży dosyć daleko, jedynie dojazd samochodem, ale w sumie nam to nie przeszkadzało

Sehr nette Menschen, sehr saubere und geräumige Unterkunft. Toller Pool und super Lage, um eine sehr schöne Gegend kennen zu lernen und tolle Strände zu erleben. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig und schnell zu erreichen.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und haben uns alles sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Pros:

La proximité des commodités ainsi que de la plage.

Cons:

Le vis à vis avec l’hôtel d’en face qui ne met malheureusement pas la terrasse en valeur. Bien dommage.

Tranquillo e rilassante
Pros:

Ottima la posizione della struttura, vicino al centro con possibilità di parcheggio interno, ha spazi esterni, ampia terrazza a livello e spazi comuni che consentono di muoversi e stare all'aperto , buone anche le condizioni della piscina.

Cons:

L'appartamento è un po datato, dovrebbero essere rinnovato e migliotato il corredo da cucina. Se possibile allontanare le formiche dalla base cucina e fornelli. Nel complesso è pero accettabile
