Nice stay in the old city
Pros:

Location was very convenient and Julia was very kind and helpful. The room was very spacious.

Cons:

It was not a big problem, but to get the guesthouse from the ground floor was not easy.

Pros:

Все отлично. Локация топ, комната и кровать хорошо. Итальянский душ с радио повеселил.

Хозяйка Юлия молодец, каждый день писала и спрашивала как дела, присылала хорошие рестораны и другие рекомендации по Флоренции.

Cons:

Я нигде не увидела информацию о том, что в здании нет лифта. У меня был тяжеленный чемодан и не было сил, я даже бросила его внизу, когда увидела высоту лестничных пролетов в надежде подняться и попросить кого-то, но никого не было.

Мне пришлось тащить его на высоченный четвертый этаж, я была без сил. Если бы знала - никогда не забронировала.

Второе: в бронировании указана оплата на месте, потом пришла ссылка, но я думала, что смогу оплатить по приезду, так как не было времени - у меня было много работы в этой поездке. В итоге, взобравшись с чемоданом на свой этаж, я оказалась у закрытых дверей. Оплачивать пришлось прямо у двери. А если бы у меня, как у многих иностранцев, не оказалось интернета?

Об этом надо писать заранее. С маленьким чемоданом или при наличии мужчины в компании, все было бы ок, но вот это заселение меня расстроило.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortably big enough for 2 persons. Located very close to the SMN main railway station and to Duomo as well. We got many useful hints from our very kind host.

Piacevole soggiorno con tanti confort.
Pros:

La posizione, lo spazio nellla stanza con doppio ambiente e addirittura 2 grandi tv, il bagno grande con vasca e 2 docce, la temperatura della stanza, la luce delle due finestre, 2 armadi spaziosi. L''assistenza tramite w.app è veloce.

Cons:

Gli infissi sono molto belli perché originali ma non fermano il rumore della strada, anche di notte. Manca un bollitore per chi non prende il caffè. Scarsa pulizia della moquette del corridoio.

Un sejur f frumos, asa cum ne-am asteptat.
Pros:

Nu a fost inclus mic dejun dar am avut un espresor cu capsule care erau completate in fiecare zi si 3 sticle de 1/2 L cu apa plata care erau deasemenea completate. De asemenea am colaborat f bine cu proprietarul care ne-a oferit si sfaturi cu privire la restaurante, parfumuri, inghetata, etc. Este a doua oara cand ne cazam aici.

Cladirea nu are lift si cazarea este la etajul 3

Pros:

The owner was helpful she’s recommending good restaurants etc. the location is perfect close to everything but most likely close to all transportation

Cons:

Just the stairs with our big luggage. But before booking I’m fully aware of it.
