The room was fine and a great shower.

Cons:

On our 2nd day, the AC stopped working. Throughout the day I called three times to notify management so the situation could be resolved. No one answered the phone. We had hoped the cleaning staff would have seen the flashing lights on the AC unit and notified management. It was an uncomfortable night’s sleep.

Beautiful, relaxing stay in gorgeous accommodation
Pros:

We absolutely loved this place. Yes there are stairs but it is worth it once you get inside. It is spacious with a divider between a lounge room and bedroom...great to relax after travelling. The bathroom is huge with everything you need including beautiful tuscan toiletries and gorgeous painted ceiling. The bath is a dream to soak in with the sounds of church bells and horse hooves below. The aircon is great, beautiful view of the streets leading to major sites just a few minutes away. The owner is lovely and was easy to communicate with via Whatsapp, we were sent wonderful tips and interesting information. Would definitly return.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt im Herzen von Florenz
Pros:

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Minuten zum Dom, den Uffizi und anderen Sehenswürigkeiten, ebenso zu vielen Restaurants. Es wird täglich gereinigt und unsere „Extrawünsche“ wurden erfüllt. Die Gastgeberin machte sehr hilfreiche Vorschläge zu Restaurants etc.

Hanno sempre pulito le camere bene.

Cons:

Letto troppo piccolo e soprattutto camera "superior" che si trova nel sottotetto ed è praticamente per una persona e non per due (così come il letto ad "una piazza e mezza francese", quindi una singola. Qualità prezzo non buona. Di cattivo gusto il design interno all'hotel.

Excellent location in the heart of Florence and a short walk from the station. Historic building. Plenty of space. Host provided lots of tips. Serviced daily.

Some things needed attention, such as aircon, but host responsive. 100 steps to reach apartment and shower over bath, so not for those less mobile.

Pros:

La chambre est superbe, idéalement située en plein cœur de Florence. C'est pourtant calme. Le lit est confortable. Le ménage est fait tous les matins. Julia est très réactive et précise dans ses indications.

Cons:

Grave problème sanitaire tout le long du séjour. Des travaux dans Florence ont occasionné des coupures d'eau pendant les 3 jours sur place (pas d'eau courante, pas de douche, pas de toilettes...). Pas d'info avant mon séjour qu'il y aurait ces travaux. La propriétaire dit qu'elle n'avait pas imaginé que les conséquences seraient aussi importantes. Je ne demande pas qu'elle évalue les conséquences mais qu'elle m'informe afin que je ne sois pas au pied du mur.

Sicuramente il punto di forza è la posizione centrale e comoda per tutti i monumenti e le attrazioni più importanti

Cons:

Situata al terzo piano senza ascensore e molto poco manutenuta, è mancata l'acqua per carenze e lavori in corso nella zona, in compenso quando è tornata era fredda, abbiamo dovuto lavarci per 2 giorni con acqua fredda mentre il primo proprio senza. Nessuno presente mai in struttura. La camera era piccola , con una piccola finestrella per luce e aerazione.

Ótima localização, apesar de não ser movimentada a noite me senti segura para chegar sozinha. A Anfitriã é super simpática e muito prestativa. Faziam a limpeza, a arrumação e a troca das toalhas todos os dias. O chuveiro é muito bom, apesar de não ter vazão d'agua e ficar acumulando. Muito espelhos e ótimo tamanho do quarto. Excelentes toalhas, queria levar uma pra casa.

Cons:

Estava avisado, então já sabia e estava mentalmente preparada, mas as escadas são realmente complicadas... São longos três andares pra subir com as malas, mas consegui. Avalie se realmente vale a pena. E no quarto tinha um aparelho, acho que do aquecedor/ar condicionado, que emitia uma luz super forte, impossível dormir com aquilo. Coloquei uma toalha para cobrir. O quarto é cheio de espelhos e nenhum tem uma luz boa para fazer maquiagem.
