Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Great location and very lovely owners

The location was great, Julia recommended us great places to go too and the room was spacious and comfortable
It was great to be able to check in late with online check in and to be able to leave our bags on our last day

Cons:

The bathroom was not super super clean but it was still amazing and our towels were changed on our second day! Still great

Nice apartment in a historical neighborhood of Florence
Pros:

This is a perfect place right in the center of Florence, probably even better than a typical hotel. You get to stay in a real Florentine residential building, in a normal apartment, just like a local. This is certainly a huge advantage, as it gives you a genuine feel for the city and enhances the overall experience. The property is located very close to the train station (no more than a 5 minute walk) and within walking distance of the historic center. Then again, Florence isn’t a large city, you can walk just about anywhere. Lots of cafes and restaurants around, too.

The room itself is not large, but perfectly sufficient for one person (or even two, actually). It was very clean and tidy, with a surprisingly spacious bathroom and a nice, high-tech shower stall.

I also want to mention Julia, who was an excellent host. She explained everything about the check-in and check-out procedures, the room, and the surrounding area, and she gave me plenty of recommendations on where to eat and spend time. It was very thoughtful and genuinely helpful. A small detail, but it really makes a difference when you visit the city for the first time as a tourist.

I like having a cup of tea in the evening, but there was no kettle in the room when I first checked in. I asked Julia about it, and she provided one for me the very next morning. I really appreciated that.

Cons:

This is not exactly a hotel; it’s an apartment that is being rented out, so don’t expect a check-in counter or hotel-style service. I also got the impression that this isn’t the full original space, they seem to have redesigned it so that it feels like only half of what it used to be. It’s not a major issue, though; the place feels perfectly fine.

It’s not soundproof, so I could hear my neighbors quite clearly every evening and morning as they went about their daily routines. It wasn’t overwhelmingly noisy, but if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise in general, you may want to take this into account.

Pros:

La habitación muy amplia. Tenía servicio de limpieza, un espacio para desayunar y el baño enorme y con ducha escocesa e hidromasaje. Los elementos de aseo personal que proveían, escelentes.

계단꼭대기까지 걸어올라가야함 캐리어 가져오면 매우위험,
이불오염,직접가져가서 설치한 필터샤워헤드 청소하러 들어와서 말도없이 가져가버림 돌려받는데 하루걸림, 방음최악 자는동안 사이렌소리때문에 수도없이 깨야함

Shower was very bad
Pros:

The location is right in the centre of Florence, near the cathedral and within walking distance of all the main museums and sights. Host sends messages with useful tips. Check-in was rather easy. Toiletries in the bathroom were very good.

Cons:

I do not understand the good reviews. For me, this was a disappointment. The room is rather dark and old, but I can live wit that. We did book an economic room. But the shower was just dirty. Dirt fell out of the massage jets (which could not be used) while I was in the shower. Even with an old shower, that is bad cleaning. And there were several rust stains. Absolutely below standard.
A few days before our stay, I got a payment link through an unknown website. I prefer to pay at the place or through booking.
A mosquito net in the window would be a big help.

Posizione eccellente tra Centro Storico e Stazione dei treni.
Palazzo antico, bagno molto confortevole.

Cons:

La camera economy ha una finestrella molto piccola.
In camera è presente un piccolo gradino con pericolo di inciampo.
Mancano degli appoggi per le cose personali, p.es. piccola scrivania.

La struttura è ampia e accogliente, con tutti i servizi che funzionano perfettamente.
Inoltre la posizione si è dimostrata molto comoda e logisticamente perfetta per visitare le principali attrazioni artistiche e raggiungere la stazione per gli spostamenti.
Staff disponibile e gentile per qualsiasi chiarimento.

Les atencions de la mestressa (Julia) que ens recomanava llocs. També les facilitats per guardar-nos les maletes el dia d’entrar i de sortir i, sobretot, l’excelent ubicació

Cons:

Un tercer pis de edifici antic (grans alçades) sense ascensor (s’hauria d’advertir perquè no hi vagin cardiopates o gent molt major).
Llit incòmode, a tocar una paret (si sou dos un ha de sortir per sobre de l’altre o per baix), matalàs una mica vell i bellugós …

Chambre florentine avec peinture au plafond très spatieuse, au cœur de la ville.
Les recommandations de Julia par messages et les réponses rapides.
La possibilité de laisser les valises et profiter de Florence encore un peu après le checkpoint.

Cons:

Un peu vieillot, fissures et surtout pas de double vitrage, donc bruyant car nous donnions sur la route.
