This property is incredible. They checked in with us in advance via whatsapp. The Check in process was very easy. The rooms were very nice. I really enjoyed the "Honesty Drinks" making it easy to grab a drink or two when we arrived for a very reasonable price. Our host provided amazing local information and was easy to get a hold of. I even managed to lock myself in my room and a staff member came and helped me out within about 10 mins.
The only thing I would recommend (and this is just a recommendation not an expectation) would be to provide some simple pantry stuff for longer stays. simple things like oil, butter and salt would have been perfect. We had to purchase a large stick of butter and a full shaker of salt and pepper which we only used a small amount of. It would have been perfect to just have a few of those salt, pepper, sugar and butter available. Just the staple items.

The view was “out of this world”. Was absolutely stunning to wake up to that view every morning. Very clean.

Perfect for 7 people in one room. (3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. - note one bathroom is not an en-suite)
It was ok for us but the walk to the town is downhill but walking back is hard work. (Approx 1km). Suggest a stop halfway at the lovely wine bar at Casa Di Sole. Excellent! We drove to grocery store.
Had difficulty with temperature control in apartment & one bedroom became quite hot.
No toaster.
Great location, off the busy tourist main street but just less than 10 minutes walk away, same to the cable car stations. Very well equipped apartments with everything we need for our 4 nights’ stay, washer and dryer make rainy days more manageable, private in apartment sauna is a plus after a day hike. Susanna is the best host one can expect, nice, attentive, always ready to extend her assistance.
A bit of uphill’s walk back to the apartment. There are plenty of free parking spot right next to the apartment building. But we try to avoid the hassle of looking for parking near cable car stations and restaurants, so we just walked and felt good. The walk might be challenging for weak people, but they always have the option to just drive in and out. So it’s not really an issue.
Все было прекрасно! В жизни отель лучше, чем на фото! Есть лифт, вся посуда, гараж. Также нам раздразнили выехать немного позже, за что мы особо благодарны! А какие виды с балкона… просто потрясающе!
Есть полноценная кухня, но не было соли, перца, масла. Было бы здорово это добавить.

Era un super apartamento con vistas espectaculares, mucha luz, la decoracion inmejorable ,en la cocina no faltava detalle, tenia una habitacion aparte con lavadora y secadora una apartamento muy comodo pra dos parejas ya que cada habitacion cuenta con 1 baño , todo muy limpio , la dueña de la casa super simpatica, lo recomiendo 1 y mil veces.
The apartment was spacious, beautiful, and very well equipped, clean, and exactly like in the pictures. Amazing view. Highly recommended!

A little walk to the center for everything, but still close enough. We did not move the car at all on the 3 days in Ortisei

The staff and reception service are five-star.
The view from the apartment’s balcony is wonderful.
There are nearby parking spaces as well as private hotel parking for cars.
I have nothing negative to say about the hotel except for the check-out time, which is at 10 a.m. I hope if they change to 11 am then everything is excellent
