Tutto: posizione, design della camera e comodità fella struttura fronte spiaggia e in centro.
Infatti è la terza volta che ci torno.
La disponibilità dello staff. La posizione centrale, la pulizia complessiva delle camere.
Lo stabile è poco curato e necessita di maggiore manutenzione. La camera era buia. Le chiavi non entravano facilmente nella toppa.
Forse solo la posizione.
La camera-suite era grande con vista sul mare, ma mal curata: moquette chiara piena di macchie e sporca, pavimento sporco, soffitto e pavimento presentavano diversi stucchi molto visibili e fatti malamente. L'entrata della struttura squallida, le porte delle camere deprimenti e nel piccolo spazio davanti alla porta della camera vi era sempre il carrello degli asciugamani.
Bello il servizio bar direttamente in spiaggia.... anche se i camerieri dovrebbero passare piu spesso...
Per la cifra spesa per una notte (380€) mi aspettavo servizi in camera decisamente migliori. Per una suite mi aspettavo uno specchio in camera, un balcone vista mare, magari qualcos altro nel frigo bar oltre le 2 misere bottigliette di acqua naturale..... tipo birra o bibite coca cola o altro... non mi è piaciuto che non si possa spegnere l aria nella camera. Ho soggiornato in camera standard a 4 stelle in italia in vari luoghi e i servizi erano decisamente migliori.
Avrei preferito avere la camera direttamente nell hotel e non dislocata in altra struttura.
Non mi è piaciuto che il personale ha parcheggiato la mia auto in un luogo al di fuori dell hotel......
Die Lage war für uns optimal. Nur wenige Meter vom Hauptstrand enfernt. Auch die Baia del Silenzio ist in zwei Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Da befindet sich das Hotel fürs Einchecken und allfällige Frühstück. Wir haben die Nähe zur Altstadt (Restaurants, Läden) ebenfalls sehr geschätzt. Ist vielleicht in der Hochsaison nicht der ruhigste Ort, aber in der Vorsaison hat uns das überhaupt nicht gestört und es war sehr ruhig. Bahnhof in 12 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer genügend gross. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser standen zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

L'unica cosa che posso suggerire è magari aggiungere qualcosa nel frigo bar,oltre l'acqua, o per il bollitore (tè,tisane...scelta molto limitata).
Ma sono piccolezze, il soggiorno è stato perfetto.
