Appartamento bello e pulito. Ottima posizione. Lo consiglio sinceramente!
Pros:

Appartamento era bello, pulito e spazioso. Personale cortese e disponibile. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere le più belle spiagge di Salento ma anche per visitare le città come Lecce e Otranto. Residence è situato nella zona tranquilla e accanto c'è il Conad, che fa molto comodo. Anche se passato un po di tempo, ma ci tenevo a fare questa recensione, perché ci siamo trovati molto bene, e se ci ricapita , torneremo volentieri.

Poteva farci comodo qualche padella in più...

Pozicioni shume i mire i shtepise. Kishte afer bar dhe market ( conad) per te blere ushqime. Ishte nje vend shume i qete .

Cons:

Mungonte nje divan ne zonen e kuzhines do te ishte mire te ishte nje i vogel edhe pse soxhorno kishte tavolinen me 4 karrige dhe kuzhinen.

la casa è carina ma nessuna attenzione agli ospiti

la casa era carina e pulita, il prezzo giusto.

Cons:

servizi, la totale mancanza di ogni tipo di fornitura di base, i rumori nel residence.
Capisco che si tratta di una casa vacanze ma non era presente né sapone né scottex o tovaglioli, per 10 notti di soggiorno c'era solamente un rotolo di carta igienica e 3 mini sacchetti dell'immondizia.
Cucina con a malapena lo stretto necessario, una sola padella e non c'erano presine il che rendeva impossibile l'utilizzo del forno.
La porta del bagno oltretutto non chiudeva.

Pulizia e posizione TOP!!! Ci ritorneremmo volentieri!
Pros:

L'appartamento, come tutto il residence, è pulitissimo e i gestori sono molto gentili. Tutto molto comodo, sia le lavatrici in comune al piano inferiore, sia il modo in cui è gestito il raccoglimento dei rifiuti. Comodo anche il parcheggio privato, ma non ne abbiamo usufruito perché si trovava benissimo posto anche in strada proprio davanti al residence. La posizione è ottima, proprio accanto ci sono un supermercato e un bar. In una decina di minuti in auto si arriva alle spiagge di Torre dell'orso, ed è molto comodo anche per arrivare sulla costa dello Ionio, oltre che per visitare le principali città del Salento.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare una piccola pecca è che avevamo la porta del bagno rovinata nella parte bassa e quindi non riuscivamo a chiuderla totalmente. In coppia non è un problema, ma se ci fosse stato qualcun altro con noi sarebbe stato un po' imbarazzante andare in bagno così. Ma nulla di grave insomma

Pros:

Personale molto cortese e disponibile. La camera pulita e luminosa, dotata di aria condizionata, e sono disponibili un paio di lavatrici al piano inferiore ad utilizzo di tutti. La posizione del residence davvero comoda se si ha l'auto (si può comunicare la necessità di posto auto); si raggiunge ogni luogo del Salento in massimo un'ora di auto.

Cons:

Cuscini scomodi e cucina poco fornita, poteva esserci qualcosina in più. (Il boiler è elettrico quindi bisogna sbrigarsi ad usare l'acqua calda)

Posizione buona per raggiungere le migliori spiagge della zona

Cons:

Casa un po' sguarnita, pochi piatti, pentole,( non tutte in buone condizioni),piano cottura a induzione che non funzionava nelle ore di punta e non ci ha permesso di cucinare. Per quello che abbiamo pagato si poteva avere di più

Appartement assez spacieux pour 3 ou 4 personnes. Le parking en sous-sol est appréciable dans une rue où la place est rare (mais tout de même cher : 30 euros pour 7 nuits). La terrasse privée.
La machine à laver. Les espaces privés, la climatisation. Literie confortable.
Petit magasin d'alimentation juste à côté.

Cons:

Il manque peut être quelques objets pratiques pour le quotidien (micro onde, bouilloire, saladiers...)...
