Séjour à Loano
Pros:

La résidence dispose d’un parking très appréciable. L’appartement était très propre et la zone est très calme sans nuisance sonore. Wifi fonctionne très bien. Personnel très agréable. Chiens bien accueillis (petit parc à chiens à disposition) sans supplément ce qui mérite d’être souligné.

Cons:

La location d’une “maisonnette” ne mentionnait pas le fait que la chambre à coucher était à l’étage et qu’il fallait donc encore utiliser un escalier dangereux pour y accéder (après avoir déjà monté deux étages pour accéder à l’appartement!). Location définitivement réservée à une clientèle jeune et athlétique et pas adaptée à des voyageurs retraités et encore moins avec un chien incapable d’utiliser l’escalier….Pas d’espace pour les valises dans la pièce principale (elles sont restées au sol dans le salon). Pas de rideau de douche dans la salle de bains attenante à la chambre à coucher qui serait judicieux d’installer afin d’éviter une sortie de douche très dangereuse…la literie mériterait d’être changée.

Nous avons appréciés notre séjour et le rapport qualité prix est au rdv.
Pros:

Nous avons eu un appartement avec 2 salles de bains ce qui était très pratique pour 4 personnes. Avec une chouette terrasse pour profiter du beau temps. Et un jardin très agréable avec des jeux pour les enfants.

Pros:

La struttura è molto semplice, la camera confortevole e il check-in ben fatto. Il parcheggio comodo e la posizione vicina al centro. AC funziona bene.

Cons:

Le camere era di dimensioni adeguate, ma mal arredate. La struttura è essenziale, per quello che abbiamo pagato in agosto, ci saremmo aspettati un po’ più di cura nelle camere. Le lenzuola erano da prendere in affitto e la cauzione da dare in contanti.

Ottimo compromesso tra distanza e mare
Pros:

Ottima struttura appartata ma con vicinanza a quasi tutto. Il giardino e la piscina sono una vera delizia. Le due chicche sono il parcheggio riservato e la possibilità di portare il cane in struttura. La distanza dal mare c’è e si sente (soprattutto nel trovare parcheggio per la spiaggia) ma non è colpa della location

Cons:

Magari segnalare che gli appartamenti al primo e secondo piano sono raggiungibili solo a scale.

Séjour très agréable et confortable.
Pros:

Très bel espace de vie avec tout le nécessaire pour y passer un excellent séjour. Établissement extrêmement propre et bien entretenu.

Cons:

La douche de l’appartement 9 est vraiment à revoir avec un rideau de douche inapproprié et une inondation quotidienne assurée. C’est fort dommage car tout le reste était parfait.

Soddisfatte e riposate
Pros:

Massimiliano una persona gentilissima, super disponibile e sempre pronto ad offrirci una mano ogni qualvolta ci servisse, la zona piscina molto graziosa e il giardino esterno meraviglioso, inoltre l’area cani è un punto in più.
Apprezzata molto l’aria condizionata e il tavolo esterno

Cons:

Uniche pecche la posizione un po’ scomoda se non si ha l’auto (peró lo avevamo già messo in conto), il frigo piccolo e il freezer che congelava anche la parte sottostante nel frigo, arredi da sistemare
