Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder und wären auch gerne noch ein paarTage länger geblieben
Pros:

Die Lage, Ausstatung und der Ausblick von unserem Apartment waren ein Traum. Dazu kommt die tolle Verkehrsverbindung mit dem Bus in die Stadt, d.h man kann das eigene Auto stehen lassen.
Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit und mit dem Sport und Wellness Möglichkeiten blieben keine Wünsche offen.

alles war fein.

Wunderbar! Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen, Rachel ist unglaublich nett, die Aussicht fantastisch, die Lage neben Busstation, Geschäft und Restaurants top. Super ist auch das SPA und der Stadtstrand, alles gleich nebenan. Die Rooftopbar, wo man ein Frühstück bestellen kann, ist wahrscheinlich die beste in Triest. Es war einer meiner besten Geburtstage meines Lebens, Rachel hat für mich eine Überraschung organisiert. Tausend Dank. Wir kommen wieder.

Pros:

We initially booked two apartments for 12 people (6 in each). A few hours before arrival, we were informed that only one apartment was available, and that the other 6 guests would need to stay in two hotel rooms, at a price €200 higher than the original booking, with access to the spa facilities included.
Despite explaining that this situation was not our fault and asking for the price to remain the same, the rate was not adjusted. In the end, we accepted the offer as we had no other option at such short notice.
That said, the staff were very kind and helpful. One lady from Pula in particular was wonderful — she showed us everything, explained all the facilities, and made us feel very welcome.
In the end, everything turned out well, but we strongly feel that this change should have been communicated much earlier, not just a few hours before arrival, and that charging an additional €200 in this situation was not professional.
