It is really a Panorama Apartment 😍

Pros:

We initially booked two apartments for 12 people (6 in each). A few hours before arrival, we were informed that only one apartment was available, and that the other 6 guests would need to stay in two hotel rooms, at a price €200 higher than the original booking, with access to the spa facilities included.
Despite explaining that this situation was not our fault and asking for the price to remain the same, the rate was not adjusted. In the end, we accepted the offer as we had no other option at such short notice.
That said, the staff were very kind and helpful. One lady from Pula in particular was wonderful — she showed us everything, explained all the facilities, and made us feel very welcome.
In the end, everything turned out well, but we strongly feel that this change should have been communicated much earlier, not just a few hours before arrival, and that charging an additional €200 in this situation was not professional.

Lovely location and very spacious apartment
Pros:

The apartment was lovely, very spacious. The beds were comfortable and it had a great coffee machine. The location was only moments from the beach and the Castle.

Cons:

We were there 8 days and going to the beach and it had no laundry facilities in the apartment or onsite. I would never have booked it if I had know before hand there was no laundry.

Good apartment, but bad check in.
Pros:

Modern, comfortable apartment with off street parking and use of adjacent hotel exercise room.

Cons:

Check in directions lacking. Host did not respond to two messages asking for details about checking in. Never in any communication nor in the listing was it mentioned keys were to be picked up from the adjacent hotel reception. This made finding the property difficult and frustrating on a dark rainy night.
