Struttura fronte mare molto accogliente e pulita
Pros:

Pulizia, appartamenti spaziosi, ben tenuti e dotati di diversi confort (lavatrice, freezer, condizionatore caldo/freddo, macchinetta caffè).
Cortesia e gentilezza della Sig.ra Denise, che ci ha accolte facendoci trovare anche dei pensieri toscani nell’appartamento. Grazie Denise!
Posizione meravigliosa fronte mare, terrazza comune con lettini, sdraio e sedie.
Parcheggio riservato.
Struttura vicina a San Vincenzo e posizione strategica per raggiungere i punti principali della costa degli Etruschi.

Cons:

Dalle fotografie pensavamo che il nostro appartamento avesse il patio adiacente ad uso ‘privato’, ma invece non è stato cosi. Abbiamo poi visto che gli appartamenti al piano terra fronte strada (come il nostro) non ce l’hanno. Sarebbe magari utile specificarlo nella descrizione.
Nel giardino, fronte camera da letto, di sera/notte si accende una luce di sicurezza molto forte che filtra dalle persiane fisse/senza alette mobili. Magari si potrebbe pensare di mettere in camera una tenda oscurante per ridurre la luminosità notturna.

Gerne kommen wir wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage war top, seitlicher Blick auf das Meer.
Der offene Garten, also Sitzplatz mit verweil Möglichkeiten für alle. Super waren die Liegestühle, Duschen und Wasserhähne um die Füsse vom Sand zu befreien.

Pros:

Es ist eine schöne Lage, direkt am Strand. Das Appartement war im Erdgeschoss und wir hatten Morgensonne auf der Terrasse. Draußen war es ruhig, wir waren auch Anfang Oktober. Denise, die Rezeptionistin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Die Anlage war sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Räume waren für vier Personen groß und gemütlich eingerichtet..

Cons:

Das Appartement war etwas hellhörig.

Entspannter Urlaub mit Meerblick
Pros:

Besonders gut gefallen haben mir die tolle Lage, das freundliche Personal, die Nähe zu einem Supermarkt und einem Restaurant, der schöne Strand in der Umgebung, die Sauberkeit, die Sicherheit sowie der gepflegte Außenbereich.

Cons:

Zu dem Zeitpunkt, als wir dort waren, gab es leider keine Spülmaschine und ziemlich viele Stechmücken – aber das war nicht weiter schlimm.

Mooi appartement met perfecter ligging aan het strand.
Pros:

Wat een mooie ligging. Personeel heel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Mooie schone appartementen met een moderne inrichting en alles wat je nodig hebt. De receptie doet alles om je verblijf zo perfect mogelijk te maken.

Die Lage direkt am Meer war sehr gut.Denise war sehr nett.

Cons:

Die Wohnung wurde mit Rollstuhlfahrerzeichen und ground floor beworben, was nicht den Tatsachen entspricht. Vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung sind drei Stufen. Und zum Meer sind sehr viele Treppen zu überwinden!! Auch zu den im Internet beworbenen Podesten führen viele Treppen und ein kleiner Abhang. Für mich als Gehbehinderte mit Schmerzen beim Treppensteigen war das in der Anzeige nicht ersichtlich, sondern so geschickt fotografiert und beschrieben, als sei alles ebenerdig! Zudem ist es in der Vorsaison mit 155.- Euro dafür viel zu teuer! Ein Rollstuhlfahrerzeichen ist eine Frechheit und unverschämt gegenüber Menschen mit Gehbehinderungen!! Was heisst das? Man darf als Mensch mit Behinderung in die Wohnung, aber dann nicht mehr ans Meer??

Das PreisLeistungverhältnis stimmt gar nicht! Keine Möglichkeit vor der Wohnung zu sitzen,
ohne Mückennetze an den Fenstern, Klima kommt noch extra dazu, der Boiler in der Küche explodierte fast beim Einstellen des warmen Wassers, die Toilettenbrille war schief und der Wasserablauf in der Dusche lief nicht ab nach 3 Tagen. Das wurde alles mit Denise offen und frühzeitig besprochen.
Abhilfe konnte nicht geschaffen werden, obwohl Denise sehr nett war!

Located on the first line

Cons:

The territory is not enclosed, and people who do not stay in the apartments constantly walk through it, so there was no sense of privacy. There were many gnats in the room, probably due to dampness. The shower cabin doesn’t close properly — no matter how hard you try, all the water spills onto the floor, so we had to clean the floor every time after showering. Parking is along the fences of neighboring houses — if you’re lucky. You can’t be sure that there will be a spot available for you.

We loved it so much we can’t wait to come back!
Pros:

This condo was so close to the beach it took less than a minute to walk out our door and onto the sand. We loved how close it was to some really fantastic restaurants and we loved the beautiful apartment itself.

Cons:

The property had everything we needed and more! It was comfortable, spacious, and absolutely worth the money.

Stunning views, San Vincenzo is fabulous!
Pros:

The view was spectacular from the 3rd floor apartment, the manager was wonderful and very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
